This has been the WORST 6 months of our lives! Thank goodness we only signed a 6 month lease!
Immediately upon move in, the dishwasher had to be replaced due to RUST and the fact that it did not work. This should have been done BEFORE we moved in. We also had a HUGE spot of MOLD over our master tub, caused by a leak from above that soon came down the walls. Reported the mold once, then after reporting the water coming down our walls and onto our heads while showering, 3 days later somebody came to look at it. They removed a LARGE chunk of drywall, exposing the tub above us and beams. They left it like this for 2 months before we had to complain, AGAIN, about the leak. They sent somebody to repair the drywall, but not the leak. It is still leaking above our wall. We reported a problem with our air conditioner on their online ""service request"" about 4 months ago, but since we STILL have not heard from them about that, we had fixed it ourselves. We live on the bottom floor and the garbage disposal is CONSTANTLY backing up and flooding our kitchen. It takes them 3 DAYS to respond, and this is due to the PLUMBING and the UPSTAIRS apartments. This has happened about 4 times. Imagine not being able to use your SINK OR DISHWASHER for 3 days!!!! As for safety, the gate breaks EVERY weekend and has to be left open (how safe?). Also, they have REMOVED the rental/postal drop box so you HAVE to go into the office during business hours. Who has time for that? People work!
I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. PLEASE save yourself the trouble!!
