Worst body shop I have ever been to. Looks like an inexperience painter painted my car, front and back bumper don't match my car paint. Body work is garbage. Was being lie to for a whole month had to get out of work early to pick up my car to just find out it wasn't finished three times y call me to waste my time. Was told the paint didn't want to stick to the parts that's why it took to long. What kind of body shop is this if they can't even make the paint stick to the bumper? They gave me warranty on their work but I will not be taking my car back. This is the worst body shop I been to!........... Black G8

ALL - U - NEED AUTOMOTIVE
i have been to many places to get my car fixed. Usually it runs me between 800 to 1,000.00 every time I take it in. So I called Mac, and he came out to see what was going on with my Corvette. I had recently installed a new stereo at a stereo shop, and they installed it and i Have had issues with it starting ever since. Mac was very knowledgeable about my issue and came with parts in hand. He spent about an hour and a half and had my car tip top and starting every time. He saved me time and money.

Smith's Auto Repair
I have been working with Brian and Chris for over a year now on numerous occasions for all three of my cars, Volvos and Hondas. They are extremely professional, courteous, friendly, fair, honest and prompt. They give me rides home, stay after hours so that I can pick up my car, and give great advice about repairs.I am so happy I've discovered Smith's, though sadly only after wasting thousands at dealers and specialists.

Smith's Auto Repair
I was new to Katy and nervous about finding a mechanic. I'm somewhat car savvy, but I'm also a woman and fully expected to have to go through several before finding someone I trusted. I could not have been more wrong. I found Smith's Auto Repair online and saw their ratings on many sites was phenomenal. I've now taken my car and my fiance's car in for repairs, and I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else. They are honest, fair-priced, and very knowledgeable. THANK YOU for giving me a peace of mind in a very corrupt industry.

Auto Care USA
I had a nail in my tire and stopped by the shop. The manager offered me a cup of coffee and sent someone to fix the issue. When I went up to the counter to pay I was surprised when he said there would be no charge. Really friendly people would recommend.
Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
