The Appliance Mann
Owner came out to service my machine, insisted I needed to replace the evap coil and drain pan for $2300 and discussed no other options. Got another licensed tech out a few days later who said that I did not need to replace those items and fixed the problem for $200. That was in April and we've gone all summer just fine. I dodged a $2100 bullet getting someone else to do the job and I would suggest you do the same. Also, once you question anything he or his techs say they instantly become very unprofessional. In my opinion, you should avoid at all costs.

Reliable Appliance Repair
Placed a call at 8:30 am for a washer repair on a 25yr old washer and had someone at my house by 10:00am and the washer fixed by 10:20am. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys were awesome. They came out the same day. Explained what the problem was, and how to fix it. They ordered me a new part for my deep freeze and came back the very next morning to finish the job. These guys were amazing! They were so polite, professional, and experienced! I will defiantly call them again.

Reliable Appliance Repair
The name of their company says it all! Technicians David and Joey did a service call for my washer & dryer and spent quite a while doing a thorough inspection. They were both courteous, friendly and the best trait of all honest. Our dryer vent was clogged so after they cleaned it out they told me I needed a chimney sweep technician and didn’t charge me anything. I had someone clean our dryer vents in the past and all they did was vacuum it out and charged me for doing that without resolving the problem. Needless to say, I was very impressed and will use them for all our appliance repairs in the future and will highly recommend them to others.
Tips & Advices
If the washing machine is overloaded or all the clothes are packed to one side, the imbalance can cause the washing machine to jerk and shake. These vibrations can be violent enough to slam the machine against other objects, possibly causing damage to its exterior.
Refrigerator coils should be cleaned at least twice a year. Households with pets should clean their refrigerator coils more frequently.
To reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recommends homeowners set their refrigerators at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and their freezers at 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
In terms of operations and upkeep, gas dryers are less expensive than electric. The actual savings depends on the cost of gas vs. electricity in the area. Still, gas dryers heat up faster than electric ones do, making them slightly more energy efficient. However, gas dryers are priced higher than electric ones, so homeowners should prepare to pay more at the outset.
Proper maintenance helps most home appliances last longer. Homeowner's should check their user's manuals for insight on how often to inspect, clean or upgrade their appliances.
