YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

My allergies make it hard to wear contacts, but Dr. Grimes tried several types of lenses over several weeks. I eventually had to wear glasses, but his helpful staff found a pair that made them look almost incognito. They have a large variety of glasses for all the trendsetters, too. Dr. Grimes has taken such good care of my eyes that I returned for treatment summer 2010 when I was having eye pain. He was very thorough and caring; and my pain finally went away with his care. When considering where to have an updated eye exam, I knew it had to be at Littlefield Eye Associates. Getting an appointment is easy and their office is a hop, skip and jump away from my Raytown home. Kudos for the great care! :)

I have been to many specialists and eye doctors who just want your money do not do such a grand job or have the best products but do have high prices. My son recieved good quality glasses for a comfortable price. He is so happy with them. He recommended I try Americas Best. I did and I am not impressed with some of the staff but I am very pleased with the Dr. Dr. Faye Young is the best Dr. I have been to yet. She is better than the specialists I have seen in the past. She gave me options and was able to fit me in Presbyopia contacts I have good vision in and do not need readers as well. How awesome is that. This is the first time in years I have not been told this is the best I can offer. Dr. Faye Young made sure I had the right contacts and was able to see correct and with out readers especially with presbyopia contacts. She is truely the best eye Dr. and my new Dr. I will be glad to stay with. She is so kind and professional and takes reasonable time with you. The cost fits my budget too. I am so thankful for what she has done for me.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. WORKERS ARE NOTHING BUT SLEAZY, OILY CAR SALES PEOPLE TRYING TO FORCE FEED YOU TO BUY EYE PLANS THAT YOU DON'T NEED. THEIR AD IS MISLEADING. YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING TWO EYEGLASSES FOR JUST ONE PRICE OF, LET'S SAY $69 AS THEIR COMMERCIAL LEADS YOU TO BELIEVE....BUT YOU'RE NOT.... YOU'RE ACTUALLY PAYING $69 FOR EACH PAIR...AND BY THE TIME THEY ADD IN THEIR LITTLE FEES- YOU'RE PAYING WAY MORE THAN THOSE CHEAP GLASSES ARE WORTH. I CHOSE A PAIR OF GLASSES FOR $59...THEY CHARGED ME $59 FOR EACH AND BY THE TIME THEY ADDED THEIR MYSTERIOUS FEES AND TAXES, MY TOTAL WAS $149 AND SOME CHANGE. THE STAFF ARE UNTRAINED IN OPTICS...THEY ARE JUST SALES PEOPLE...LNICE AND FRIENDLY BUT I'M PRETTY SURE THEY'VE WORKED IN FAST FOOD OR ONE OF THOSE DOLLAR GENERAL STORES.... THE EYE EXAM WAS A JOKE. YOU'RE USHERED IN LIKE CATTLE...YOU SIT DOWN, THIS MAKE BELIEVE DOCTOR GIVES YOU A QUICK EYE EXAM, TELLS YOU IF YOU NEED GLASSES, THEN TELLS YOU TO GO OUTSIDE AND PICK OUT YOUR FRAMES...BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN SAY GOOD-BYE AND THANK YOU, THE NEXT CUSTOMER IS ALREADY IN THE ROOM. THE EXAMINER DOESN'T ASK YOU ANY HEALTH QUESTIONS OR IF YOU'RE HAVING ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR EYES...HE BARELY SPEAKS UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY ASK HIM A QUESTION... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

The whole staff was very rude. I thought I was interupting a disagrrement between 2 staff when I was trying to get my glasses ordered. I really didn't know when The person who fitted me was finished. She took my money and gave the receipt and got up and started waiting on another person. Not a thank you or anything else. The person who did the initial exam didn't say a word during the many little machines. I had not a clue as to what she was doing. The office was a little busy but not busy enough to be rude and inpatient with everyone there. I will not go back nor will I recommend anyone to go there.

Optical Innovations has the hippest selection of glasses in a cute little shop in Brookside. Debbie and her staff are friendly and helpful. The natural lighting and mirrors are very nice. They make you look your best. The only problem is that you look good in so many different pairs of frames that its hard to choose...Good Luck!

Having worn glasses since 1986 I have seen my share of eyecare offices and staff. I made the appointment and was called with a reminder the day before and even told everything I would need to bring into the office to make the paperwork as quick and painless as possible. This is a true help as sometimes you never know what a doctors office is going to need. When I walked in the front door I was promptly greeted. I didn't have to wait or look around and wonder where I should be. I was greeted immediately by very friendly staff. I waited my turn in the very clean and very friendly lobby. My daughter and I both had appointments which they did at the same time instead of having to go one at a time. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes and everyone went out of their way to make sure we knew what the next step in the process would be. This is an office I would most definitely visit every year for the rest of my life as it seems my glasses aren't going anywhere anytime soon. I highly recommend!

Setting a great example and the bar high for quality, focused, customer service. I'm a customer for life. They have made me as a Customer for life. Why go anywhere else? The best, focused, concentrated service, and superior product can't be beat. Highly recommended by me. Local, family owned small Business, that goes the extra mile, I got the Costa Man-o-war sun lenses, and the Ovvo Model 2483 with Hoya ID lens. A real Optician, Rand has been in the business for over three decades. And I have now literally the "Rolls-Royce" of eye glasses. Being a musician, I can't tell you how important it is to reading music and being able to see, among other things.
