YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.
Daycare Centers in Kansas City, MO
2939 Cherry St
Montessori Academy has not only been a great experience for my kids, but for myself as well. They've done all I could've hoped for.
2.La Petite Academy
404 NE 76th St
My daughter(who is 3) has been going here for the past 6 months and she loves it. Her teachers are so sweet and she comes home learning new things everyday! I will be moving south soon so I will have to change daycares and it makes me extremely sad. Her teacher (ms debbie) almost cried when I told her. She is great (and everyone else too). I would refer this place 100X over to whoever needed childcare. Thanks La Petite!!!!!!!!!!
3.Ready Set Go Childcare Center
1648 E 63rd St
This is a brand new facility, very nice.
4.Prairie View KinderCare
5900 NW Prairie View Rd
My daughter has been going to this Kindercare for the last eight months and we have been very impressed with the environment. We tried two other centers prior to this one, one in-home and one regular, and neither were something we were comfortable with. Kindercare let us try a free day and our daughter loved it. She was part-time at first, then moved to full time about four months ago. We love the teachers and the directors - they have all been helpful and really care about our daughter. The center acts as a school and my daughter brings home new words and concepts daily. She has learned to be more outgoing and independent since attending and she loves going every day. Our daughter loves the teachers there and so do we. They do an amazing job and are extremely approachable if you have a concern. This is the only daycare that I would recommend. If you want a place that does the best job for your kid and your family, Kindercare is the way to go. You will be thankful for the choice.
5.Little Rascals Christian Dycr
1170 W 103rd St
My kid was there till she was 1-1/2 years old. one of the teacher's kids started biting her (arm, face, you name it). So she learned how to bite as well. As a result I got a letter that if she doesn't correct her behavior, we have to find another daycare. However, nothing happened with the teacher's child that started that mess. We didn't wait and we left. When she was a baby, they'd swaddle her when she was 6 months old and throw blanket on top of the pen to get her to sleep while she was crying. More than one time I've picked her up exhausted from crying and had to remind the staff that you swaddle newborns, not a 6-months olds! Very very high turnover, which is never a good sign. We've had our good moments there, but now that I compare the place to the new one... should have pulled her out of there a long time ago. Save yourself the trouble. Go to Punkin Patch inside of First Baptist Church on Wornall and Red Bridge. Amazing daycare, very low turnover. In every room my child had a favorite teacher, and the kids get lots of outdoors time!

8.Family First Center for Autism & Child Development
5863 NW 72nd St
The mgmt. at Family First claims that the needs and schedule of the family actually come first, hence the name of their business, "Family First Center for Autism". This company refused to accommodate the requested hours for my autistic child, or make any concessions to accommodate our needs. They should really change the name of their business to "Families Second", since they obviously care more about logging hours to make money than they do about accommodating struggling families, dealing with special-needs kids.
9.Creative Harts Learning Center
8004 E 88th Pl
Creative Harts Learning Center is open 24 hours. We are here to provide a safe, clean, nurturing and educational experience. It is a home a way from home where children will get healthy meals and grandma's nurturing. I have been a substitute teacher the past five years where I truly discovered my love for teaching but also the lack of great quality child care. I decided to open the center to provide parents with a piece of mind and children with safe a loving environment.

After visiting more than a dozen other centers, I could not be happier that I chose Spectrum Station. Even though we live in Liberty, it is worth the drive to know that our daughter is with the area's best provider. The staff are all extremely knowledgable and experienced, and they are also incredibly nice. The environment of Spectrum Station is one of warmth, serenity, cleanliness, good health (only fresh food!), and genuine learning. I give Spectrum Station my highest recommendation on one of the most important decisions for any child's future.

My daughter has been going to Theresa's Tots well over a year now and it is the best daycare, Theresa makes all meals from scratch, it is a teaching environment. My daughter reflects this when she is home, telling me her numbers, and about all of her friends here. I couldn't be happier, it is a well balanced environment. I'm thankful for the great job they do everyday!

My son has gone to school there for 2 years. He absolutely loves it. From Miss Tracy to Miss Terree, the teachers have been wonderful. They do an excellent job with him. I get daily sheets that describe his activities and meals. The food program is fantastic. The place is very clean and always seems to be improving. I feel that he is very prepared for the next level. Thank you. Edit: I liked the place so much I now have my daughter there. She's doing fantastic. She's developing social skills, learning everyday, and is always ready to go to. School. Thanks Louie and Raylene
