Ryan The Mortgage Guy
Ryan has been an absolute joy to work with! Corey (his "right hand") is fabulous, as well!My realtor referred me to Ryan to help with the purchase of a FSBO. There were some complicated hoops to jump through considering a recent divorce and the property being part of a recently deceased person's estate... Ryan was always readily available - he guided me through each-and-every step of the process. The contract-to-closing time was quite short and limited... without hesitation, Ryan made it happen. Despite my abundance of ridiculous questions, he was always super fast to reply and never once made me feel anything less than his #1 client. Words cannot express how impressed I am with Ryan and Sierra Pacific Mortgage... each step of this was absolutely painless... I would go as far to say that this purchasing experience was "enjoyable", all thanks to Ryan and his team. In the future, Ryan and Corey will be my automatic "go-to" for any and all mortgage needs. Look no further... this team is the best that the mortgage world could ever offer!!!

Overall fantastic car buying experience, thanks to Kyle Porter. Friendly, incredibly informative, and so helpful during my first car buying experience. Kyle has your best interest in mind, and he really knows what he is talking about. Kyle is willing to answer any and all questions. He shares his opinions, but does not force them on you in a "slimy salesman" type of way. Kyle does everything in his power to make the process easy, convenient, and understandable. His knowledge of the industry is extremely impressive, and he takes the time to give you all of the facts before you make a decision. Kyle went out of his way to help me out during every aspect of the car buying and car trade in process. I trust him completely and am so grateful that I was able to go through him. I absolutely love my new car and have no second thoughts about the decision I made. Kyle got me the best deal I could have asked for- and more. I cannot say enough good things about this incredibly personal, enjoyable, and successful car buying experience.

House of Elan
my husband gave me a spafinder gift certificate for our anniversary so i went online to find the best one in my area. i was a little surprised when i read the reviews for house of elan because they were so conflicting, but the pictures were beautiful so i thought i would give it a shot. from the moment i walked through the door i was treated with generosity and respect. i went in for just a facial, but after my conversation with the esthetician and seeing how knowledgeable she was, i purchased 2 more services including botox! my entire experience at the house of elan was pure bliss and beyond what i could have ever expected. i truly found the entire staff to be personable and well educated in their respective fields. DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! i would recommend this spa to anyone that wants a first class experience!

Bought my 2nd truck from these guys and they are very friendly and professional. Amazed to see some bad reviews on here about people that "can't" or "won't" make their payments on time. You entered into an aggreement for a car loan for "X" amount of money with payments due on a certain date. You didn't keep a copy of the aggreement? Sure the cars need a little work here and there but they are older cars which need a little work like tires or brakes or water pump, etc, things that older cars with 150 thousand plus miles eventually need and if you want a newer car there is a reason why you did not get a newer car because you can't afford it or like me my credit blows due to some unforeseen circumstances (divorce being the major contributor).

I was a little sketchy about this place, but I was in a bind. I fully expected a car that would last maybe a year, instead it was fully paid off within a year and lasted us 3 more years. They worked with me the two times I got a little behind and were always pleasant and accommodating on the phone or in person. My car wasn't amazing, it needed a little bit of body work, and was pretty no-frills, but it did exactly what I needed and they were there to make sure I didn't lose my job when I had a sudden lack of car.I have no problem with their ethics, and will visit them again to buy another car, I have no doubt.

Jericho Cuisine
This place is great. The owner is so kind and polite!! He really makes us feel welcomed and like he appreciates our business. They even have a punch card for repeat customers. They specialize in mediterranean food but also have other items on the menu. The first time I had a Philly cheese steak which was the best I can ever remember. The second time I had a Jericho Burger which was a great spin on the classic burger. I will be back and I would recommend anyone who reads this give it a try. Supporting locally owned and operated businesses is good for all of us.

Grace Real Estate Company
We have rented from this company for going on 3 years. we absolutely love the house we are in, and they are GREAT about making repairs in a timely fashion. We had a few instances where we had issues with the maintenance men they'd sent to fix our front steps, and they took the action necessary to make us feel comfortable. They sent another man out to fix them, and the next time I saw the guy I'd had issues with, he sincerely apologized to me. Overall, I have really enjoying renting from this company, and plan on continuing to stay in our gorgeous home.

My wife and I had such a wonderful experience! They have a great selection of vehicles, all reasonably priced, especially considering that they don't charge any interest or finance charges, when financing a vehicle. The staff was super friendly and no high pressure sales. We test drove several vehicles until we found the right one. They sold us a great car for very little money down and we're very pleased. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Cellulite Solutions
I love this place! I had a baby 6 months ago and with the help of Cellulite Solutions I have my body back to my original shape and weight. The Endermologie helped me lose the extra inches and smoothed and tightened where I needed it. I'm so happy with the results and the quick results I achieved. The staff is great and kept me on target. I would recommend to anyone looking to lose weight and feel great. They are awesome!
Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.

Just a moment...
