Joe's Automotive Service
I haven't used Joe's for over 25 years. I had the luxury of having Company cars during this period. However I own a 20 year old Riviera, & the team @ Joes diagnosed & repaired my 98 Buick & now runs as well as it ever has. GREAT Experience!!!!

Y & Y Tire and Auto
I needed to change my oil and my brakes on my car. The man that helped me was really nice and helpful. He wasn't trying to sell me extra things here and there. His prices were awesome. He finished my car in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back there to fix any issues I have with my car.

West Side Tire and Alignment
I have come here multiple times for different problems with my car and each time I have been extremely satisfied with the service as well as the price. In fact, two of the four times I've come here I've paid close to nothing compared to other places. I recommend this shop to anyone who has car troubles.

George's Quality Used Car
George is a lying piece of ish!! My brother bought a car from him and George didn't tell him that the car needed, wait for it, lights, exhaust, heater, and breaks. He asked brother to fix it and George told him he would charge him for it!!!?? What the eff!!??? My George got a little behind on the payments and asked brother to hold the car until he was able to continue payments, George said no!!! He had the car during outside right now ready for resale. if you happen to see this maroon truck outside now you have been warned!!
Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
