I've heard that this is a cheap place to go and get parts. However when I called them trying to see if they had something in Stock they basically told me that they don't know what they have on the lot and that it's a self service place. I know of other self service places that actually do keep track of what they have on the lot and what parts have been pulled from those vehicles. So if you really want to go through them you are better off walking through and seeing if they have what you want because they are extremely unhelpful.

Testimonials from our web site:The very best to do business with. They helped my wife and I to find the best car that would work for us. The car we found had a minor issue which they quickly took care of. Just a great place to get a car. Thanks! It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Joe Ross Used Cars to anyone in the market for a good used car at a great price.I have purchased vehicles from Joe Ross Used Cars. I needed a vehicle that was affordable and solid. This positive review is my personal thanks to the folks at Joe Ross Used Cars. If there is a day in the future I will need another vehicle, I will not hesitate to return. It's really simple. If you need a good starter car for a teenager or an inexpensive, reliable car for transportation don't go anywhere except to Joe Ross. We and other members of our family have bought a total of five cars from them (including nieces and nephews) and have had a great experience each time. The cars are reliable and certainly better quality than anything else we looked at. Save yourself some time. Go to Joe Ross first. Thanks Joe Ross.

Good service, reasonable prices - the guy that does the installation is cool.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
