Bluewater Pressure Cleaning LLC
I called them and got a bid for roof cleaning a power washing my patio after seeing reviews for them on here. They gave me a bid about 20% lower than the other place and were able to come out the next day. The one thing that I really liked is how friendly they were in person. When I see how hard they worked, I thought 'money well spent'. I had left the house before they were done. While I was gone they called me and told me that there were some lines left from the power washer and they would return the next day to get rid of them. I wonder if I would have even noticed had they not told me. They came back and took care of them. They did a good job also of cleaning up their mess. I will probably use these guys once a year. I would recommend to any friends or family.

Tips & Advices
Look for a roof cleaner with years of experience, since this can be helpful if unexpected developments crop up while the task is being completed. Choose a roof cleaner with strong online reviews. Pick a roof cleaner that is fully insured, as this will protect you and your property if there is an accident on the job. Finally, select a business that is committed to using nontoxic products, since it will be safer.
Make sure that pets are kept indoors during a professional roof cleaning. If you have a car parked outside, make sure it's at least eight feet away from the roof so the vehicle's paint won't be damaged by runoff. Move lawn and patio furniture away from the drip line of the house prior to a roof cleaning. Finally, set a dedicated day aside for roof cleaning. Many roof cleaners won't begin work if there are other services, such as lawn repair or tree trimming, taking place on the same day.
If you are cleaning a roof yourself, it is essential to wear a safety harness. A roof that is slick with moss or algae will be very slippery, and many accidents happen by people slipping and falling.
On average, roof cleaning costs about $400. However, the cost can range from as little as $250 to as much as $500.
Roof cleaning can often be completed in as little as six hours. With larger homes, the process might take two to three days.
