The RoofSmith
I have learned to always get three appraisals for major home property repairs. this guys were the 3rd company I called and not only did they show up first than the other contractors but they show me how small the source of the problem was. at this time a small leak had turn to a big repair by water damage, they show me a breakdown of the work needed and materials with the quote and Tuesday after labor day by the time I left to my work I was informed of what was going to happened; when I came back home same day everything was done and drying. I felt very good of hiring Joe and his crew. I usually don't write reviews but this is the best I have felt paying for a major service.

The RoofSmith
We can't recommend the Roofsmith enough. They are a local, family-owned business with a lot of experience, and it really shows. When we needed to replace our roof, they worked with us in every way - advising us on materials, warrantees, and getting the best quality result within our budget and timeframe. We picked the Roofsmith because their cost proposal was the best and they came the most highly recommended - we have found them to be every bit as good as we had hoped. Thank you, Danny and Joe, for all of your help!

Embick Roofing & Remodeling
I have dealt with contractors in the past and Embick is by far the best I have seen. All their work is exceptional. From the flooring to the kitchen, all the work was done to an extremely high standard. If you are looking for top quality craftsmen call Embick. If you are looking for bare bones pricing call a Handy man. These guys are real deal. I am in the process of purchasing some property on the water and building a new home. There is no other contractor that I would use.

The RoofSmith
Great experience. Not only did they give us a great price, they kept us informed at every stage of our reroof. Made everything seem so easy. Our new roof looks great and you would never know they were there as they thoroughly cleaned our property during the work and upon completion. We'd use them again and surely recommend The RoofSmith to others. 5 stars plus!

The RoofSmith
I had a leak and wasn't sure where it was coming from. A friend of mine said it is coming from the roof and suggested The RoofSmith so i gave them a call. They fixed my roof for a lot less then I was expecting and I haven't had any problems since. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

Embick Roofing & Remodeling
Chris and Embick Enterprises were a delight to work with. They were quick in their quote, worked with kind/professional vendors, addressed any and all issues that came up promptly and without excuse. We had a tight deadline and they knocked out the projects to help us keep with our move-in schedule.

I don't know why this bad review is here without any details but I know this Roofer and he is one of the best in Palm Beach County.
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
