Not professional one bit. Never there just want your money. The worst of the worst. When you see it just ride past it dont think twice to stop. You might as well buy a brand new car from a big time dealerships like Toyota or something because after you buy car from them you going to spend the same amount fixing it up. They act like their nice and a child of God but they are just money hungry peasants.

Had a terrible experience with these guys who promised to have a job done day in and day out. Had parts sitting with them for over a week. The job should have taken maybe 15 minutes at most, but everyday I came in expecting the job to be done it wasn't and was given an excuse every time. I was guaranteed one last time it would be done by the end of the week and I show up and was immediately handed my parts and told to take them somewhere else. All of this after money was paid up front. Garbage customer service. If I was told to begin with that they would get to it when they could, it wouldn't be that big of an issue. Will never set foot in this so called shop again.

Lott's Auto Service
They are amazing they are honest. They take the time to do proper and quality work would not go anywhere else. I took my car to 2 dealerships in the area and a service center for a noise I was hearing they looked at it for a few min and said there was nothing wrong when you could clearly hear it. Lotts looked at it and had a figured out in one day! I love that they took the time and cared about my family's safety

They have always been great every time I have been here! Always willing to explain what was going on before I even asked.

I ran into trouble on a Sunday moving cross country, and happened to land in Junction City. Finding reviews for automotive repair in JC was not easy. I found one solid review for Extreme, and it was the first recommendation an O'Reilly Auto Parts employee had for me. If you find yourself in need of repair in Junction City, I can't recommend these folks enough. They managed to squeeze in an out of towner in dire need of help as quickly as the could, and were amazingly friendly in the process. I dealt with four different employees and each was just as friendly and helpful as the last. Knowing I was on a rushed schedule, they did what they could to get me back in the road, and went so far as to give me the exact part number I'd need when I had time to get to a dealership. Seems like a fairly small detail, but it's those little touches that make the extra difference. They brought me in to visually show me exactly what was wrong, give a detailed breakdown of what was happening, and had me take off to test drive it and make sure I was comfortable with it before continuing on my journey. I have terrible luck with automobiles, so I've spent my fair share of time in shops. I can say with 100% accuracy that this was the most pleasant experience I've had in a shop, which is extra impressive considering the nerve-racking circumstances I found myself in.

Lott's Auto Service
Marty and the guys at Lotts Auto are the best mechanics I've ever known. They are incredibly honest and do excellent work. They truly care about doing it right and caring for their customers. I've taken my cars to them for years, and have referred countless people to them too. None of them have ever had anything but very good experiences with Lott's Auto. This critical review below is utter nonsense. It makes me mad. They would never do anything like that. Give them your business. You won't be disappointed. Tell'em Larry sent you.

Lott's Auto Service
Whoever posted the dissatisfaction of ending up with an engine in his/her trunk is full of dishonesty. I've taken my vehicles to Lott's Auto Service for at least two years, including engine overhauls. Not once AND NEVER would the owner of Lott's Auto Service EVER leave someone with a half repaired engine in someone's trunck UNLESS that person gave the "go ahead" to repair it and then backed out on the repair in midstream. Think about it... Lott's Auto Service and they rebuild engines all the time... "leaves disassembled engine in a trunk" ...You have to ask, "Why?" ..."How can this be?" Why and how would a professional certified, seasoned and experienced with 25 plus years EVER toss someone's half rebuilt engine in their trunk??? Do tel... (the rest of the story). Because I actually know the owner and there is NO WAY he would ever do that unless the customer willfully chose to stop the rebuild in midstream. Lott's Auto Service doesn't work for free, but you can darn well bet that when they do work on your vehicle it will be done right. Whatever this other review is about (an engine in their trunk), is nonsense. I take my cars to Lott's Auto Service all the time for minor to major repairs. You can trust Lott's Auto Service. You can't trust the review about having an engine unfinished and left in the trunk. That is, unless the owner of the car precipitated it by cutting off his own nose in spite of his face.
Tips & Advices
Window tint film is typically applied to the inside of your car window. The film is first laid across the outside of the car window, and it's cut to fit the window's dimensions. Then the trimmed piece of tint film is installed on the inside of the car window.
Tinted windows offer several benefits. They can reduce the amount of heat in a car's cabin by as much as 50 percent, and this can lighten your fuel bill by making you less reliant on air conditioning in hot weather. Tinted windows block UV light, and this can protect drivers and passengers  from sunburn and skin cancer. Also, tinted windows protect the components of a car's cabin from being faded by the sun.
Ceramic tint is a type of film used to darken windows. Ceramic tint is a high-quality product, and it's typically the most expensive type of film tint on the market. This type of tint contains a ceramic particle that nonconductive and nonmetallic, and it can reduce solar heat within your car's cabin by as much as 50 percent.
A limo tint is one of the darkest tints available on the market. A limo tint has a VLT of just 5 percent. This means that the tint allows just 5 percent of exterior light to enter the car's cabin. A limo tint on the front side windows is illegal in all states except Michigan.
Window tinting percentages refer to the amount of light that a tint allows into a vehicle's cabin. This is known as the tint's visible light transference, or VLT. The higher the VLT, the lighter the tint of the window. For example, a window with a VLT of 30 percent would be much darker than a window with a VLT of 70 percent.
