Fletcher Dodge Chrysler Jeep
The incompetence of this dealership is astonishing. A one star review is giving this dealership more than they are worth, they deserve a negative rating. Upon the purchase of a brand new special edition Ram from their lot last October, it took them 4 tries just to order the correct door seals. That's with me specifically pointing to the seals that needed replacement and they still got it wrong; 4 TIMES IN A ROW!! Recently the truck has developed a death wobble and this dealership tries to claim alignment issues. Well what they don't know is the vehicle was just laser checked at one of their competitors FOR FREE and the vehicle is wthin the recommended parameters. After two days Fletcher wanted to charge $100 just to check the alignment, they were still unsure that this would fix the issue. The truck is one year old, still under manufacturer's warranty and the additional 7 year, 120,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty purchased through them at the time of the vehicle purchase. This company will do their best to lay blame off them and on others. They are now claiming DNW performance performed subpar work which voids manufacturer's warranty. All work was completed on the truck months before I purchased it. I specifically brought up the issue of aftermarket parts upon the purchase of the vehicle because I knew the manufacturer's warranty would not cover those parts and that's the reason I purchased their warranty because they assured me it would. I told them without warranty on the aftermarket products, I will not be purchasing the vehicle. They assured me it was covered bumper to bumper with their warranty and also noted it on the truck's paperwork along with their initials. Skip one year later and now they are not honoring their end of the bargain which leaves me feeling that this vehicle and the additional warranty was sold to me under false pretenses. I just wanted my 50k truck fixed, and now I have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket because of their lies.

Other dealerships wouldn't work with us, especially memphis. So we came to jonesboro and they worked so well, including paying our ford explorer completely off!

Came in for scheduled oil change on our kia sportage while waiting decided to look at the new 2017 sportage and matt introduced himself to us to show us the new vehicles on the lot was so insightful so we bought our 3rd Kia. William is the best of the best. Enjoy his personality each time we visit.
Tips & Advices
Although special insurance isn’t always legally required for a moving truck, all auto insurance providers and moving specialists suggest you buy the special policy from the moving truck company. This is because most auto insurance policies have exclusions for covering vans and trucks over a certain size, and also because auto insurance will not cover the personal property inside a moving truck.
In order to drive a rented moving truck, a person must be on the rental agreement. Just as with rental cars, getting another driver put on your rental truck agreement may carry an additional fee per day.
Moving truck rental cost does not include the fuel cost. Make sure to find out from the rental company if there is anything to know about the type of gas the truck requires, as well as the location of the gas tank.
The rules about moving trucks and weigh stations vary somewhat by state. Some states do not require trucks to stop if the occupants are doing a personal move, not commercial moves. Others require all commercial trucks to stop, regardless of what they’re calling. When in doubt, stop.
Yes, pets are allowed in some moving trucks. However, all moving companies clearly state that renters should not put pets in the cargo area, and that pets should be in a transport carrier or properly harnessed for everyone’s safety. Moving truck rental companies all have clearly posted pet transport safety tips that you should review before moving day.
