These people are charging me for TV & internet when I only have internet. I have called them several times to get it straightened out, the service rep says a supervisor will call within 24 hours to help get the billing right. Guess What, after four (4) months and numerous calls back to the 800 number. The supervisor NEVER called and the billing is still screwed up. Please NEVER sign up with this company. It will only end in frustration and expense

The service technician that came to our home on 8/9/17 took the router we were currently renting from SUDDENLINK. He never checked in our router, so we were charged for two additional months of service from the apartment we had moved out of. We were also paying for our new service with SUDDENLINK at this time. I called atleast four times and spent over 30-45 min on the phone each time... By the fourth time I called a man was finally able to tell me WHY we were still getting charged from our old service. The reason being that the technician never signed in our old router which he took without my permission. They refused to refund any of the charges from our old service. Not to mention during installation the technician forced our TV plug into an outlet (even though we asked him not to force it)which caused it to break off INTO the outlet. My internet on my phone with AT&T is just as reliable if not faster than SUDDENLINK. outlet. Overall I'm very unhappy with the service I've received
