I went to the Kia Dealership to find the car I wanted. I went there because I had only really looked at the Kia Optima's. After test driving the Optima, I was still unsure and I test drove a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Eco and I fell in love with it. My car salesman from Kia got to come with me down to the Hyundai store, which I thought was really nice. His name is Duane Mobley and he was phenomenal to work with and he made sure I understood what was going on (I was 17 and buying my own car), even though my parents were there with me, it could get pretty confusing, but Duane made sure I got everything I wanted and if he didn't have the answer to the question I had then he would hunt down the answer for me. Nathan Hays even dropped by my salesman's table to make sure everything was going well! Very impressed and will definitely return whenever the time comes for me and my 2015 Hyundai Sonata to part! Fantastic service!!

When it was time to replace my 04 Hyundai with a new car, my service folks (Brian and Travis) introduced me to Keith and I was able to buy my new car with no pressure and a very knowledgeable staff that wanted to help me find the right car for me. I had to fly to Chicago during the process and they helped me coordinate a loaner car, so what could have been a really stressful week turned out great, and ended with me leaving very satisfied with a new Hyundai Tuscon. I was always impressed with the service side of this dealership, and sales is just as great. What puts them over the top is how well they all work together as a team. I do not hesitate to recommend them!

We met with Emily Olsen Saturday morning, we were shopping for a compact economy car. We drove a Civic and she worked with us to produce their best price. This was a very professional and friendly negotiation and it was a nice change not to be treated like another mark or like we were gullible or uneducated. Although we didn't buy the Civic, it was purely a financial decision. It was a pleasant shopping experience and nice not to be lied to or played for a fool like some other dealerships we have visited.

Keith was very attentive to all my specifications as to what kind of vehicle I was needing. He was very honest and helpful as it was the first time going through this experience by myself and he didn't take advantage of that as most sales people do. I have been in your service dept a few times , for oil changes and a issue, which were all quickly resolved. I was amazed our fast. Kent Hager takes good care of me and my care, He is always helpful and polite and knows what he is doing. I always make sure his going to be there when I make my appointment. THANK YOU Kent you are Great. Also my Honda Civic is a great car. Your service dept is always clean and friendly, plus the coffee in the waiting area is always hot , fresh and good !

My husband was on business in JC and his jeep broke down. being in a time restraint, he had to walk to his destination and left me in charge of finding someone to take care of it. I called Donnie Braun & Sons. I was at the Hyundai dealership searching for a used car. Donnie went above and beyond to try to find me the best vehicle for my needs. I visited this dealership a few weeks ago with my wife. We were looking for a used Lexus RX350 for my wife. She wanted to trade in her Buick Enclave as she didn't need the space anymore. Our salesman, Donnie, showed us an Acura MDX which was similar to the Lexus that was recently traded in and he knew about the features of the SUV and listened to us and what we wanted. We loved the SUV and will visit this dealership again.

The location of a vehicle can be monitored during transport. Many auto transport companies offer tracking services that allow for monitoring a car's journey via their website. If a company doesn't offer online tracking, an owner can receive updates on the vehicle's progress and location by calling the auto transport company.
With open car transport, your car is typically moved from one location to the next on an open car hauler. Open car transport is often the less-expensive option, but it leaves the vehicle susceptible to damage from traffic and the weather. Still, know that damage is rarely incurred with open car transport. With enclosed car transport, your vehicle is shipped in a boxed trailer. This shipping method is often used to transport luxury cars, antique vehicles, and pricey specialty cars.
To prepare a car for transport, take photos of the vehicle, and identify any preexisting damage. Later, this will help assess if the vehicle has been damaged in transit. In addition to removing personal items, car owners should remove or disable the car's alarm system, and remove custom products and add-ons like DVD players and GPS systems to avoid theft. Fold in the vehicle's side mirrors, and remove the antenna.  Have an extra set of keys, so you don't have to give the carrier your only set. Finally, make sure the gas tank has roughly a quarter tank of fuel.  A full fuel tanks adds excess weight, but they’ll need to be some gas in the tank so the car can be driven to and from the shipping facility.
Your car cannot be packed with belongings while it is being transported. The Department of Transportation bans carriers from shipping cars that are loaded with household items. If a carrier breaks this law, it might be levied with a fine of up to $10,000.
Auto transport companies have insurance that is designed to provide reimbursement if damage to a car occurs during transit. If you believe your car has been damaged during transport, it's important to promptly notify the auto transport company, since some companies only allow 30 days to file a claim.
