In July my boyfriend was involved in a car accident and totaled his vehicle. We were just about to move and being without a vehicle really wasn't an option for us. He began looking for a car in our price range, and intended using the insurance check as a down payment. We came across Don Williamson Nissan and thought back to our time in Jacksonville. From what we could recollect, it was a reputable business. That doesn't even begin to describe this dealership. They were so much more! They were under construction but there was still plenty of parking for us when we arrived. Immediately we were greeted by a friendly gentleman by the name of JR. He introduced us to his manager Kelly and they were both very eager to help us. They listened to our story, empathized with our recent bad luck and immediately offered us a list of vehicles that not only met our needs, but were all in our price range. When we came across the 2009 Infiniti G35, my boyfriend was hooked! It was his dream car and I liked that it was a sedan, where most are coupes. JR took us on an enjoyable test drive where we really got to see the features and handling of the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it wasn't a Nissan or Mitsubishi product. It needed a little cosmetic work on the interior, but JR assured us he would have it taken care of. While billing out, we were offered a discount since we both had college degrees! I thought that was great (at least we're using our degrees for something :-) ). The finance manager, Chris, took his time in describing all of the paperwork, additional options, and even helped us get approved by a bank other than our own that offered an even lower interest rate! Overall this was a great experience. I dreaded spending the day shopping for a vehicle and dealing with the headaches that can come along with it. But the salespeople and other employees of Don Williamson Nissan have really changed my perspective of the entire business. And would you believe we received a thank you card from JR just a few days after the purchase? And i received a birthday card from his last week! He's so great! So a big THANK YOU! to JR, Kelly and Chris and everyone else involved that helped us get a great, affordable, reliable car that we'll be owning for hopefully many more years! We will definitely be shopping here again!

My husband and I just purchashed a new vehicle from Don Williamson Nissan this evening, and to say I was impressed is a complete understatement. From start to finish they were absolutely wonderful. Every employee that passed you introduced themself and... oh my gosh... REMEMBERED your name every time they saw you! We spent about 3 hours there with Ezra Ward, and he was marvelous. It was never ever about the sale, it was about finding the right car for my entire family. We set the perameters for what we wanted as a monthly payment, interest rate, what we would accept for our trade in, ect., and they met all of those. We went in there just wanting to get some info because we got a letter saying they were doing a Credit Recovery Program for those who met certain criteria. I never expected to be walking out of there with a new car, and a plan that is going to rebuild our credit. Because it was so late they asked me to come in tomorrow so they could detail the vehicle (its already spotless to my standards) and to give us a gas card to fill it up. We have two children under 3 and they were getting very antsy towards the end. Ezra offered to get them some juice and snacks, but when he went to the back I saw him pull out his own money to pay for those things. It was so touching that he would do that. I will be recommending them, especially Ezra, to everyone I know and meet down here! Great work guys!

I TOTALED MY TOLD TRUCK WHEN A DEER RAN OUT IN FRONT OF ME IN EARLY JANUARY 2013. I KNOW IT WAS AN OLD TRUCK BUT IT HAD SENTIMENTAL VALUE TO ME AS MY DAUGHTER AND ALL OF HER FRIENDS GREW UP IN THAT TRUCK. IT WAS VERY HARD TO LET IT GO BUT I HAD NO CHOICE. FOR SEVERAL WEEKS I LOOKED AT TRUCKS BUT TO NO AVAIL. THEN I FOUND DON WILLIAMSON NISSAN. FROM THE SECOND I WALKED THROUGH THE DOORS I WAS GREETED IN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MANNER THAN THE OTHER DEALERS I HAD BEEN TOO. THEY WEREN'T PUSHY AND THEY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH ME AND SEEMED TO APPRECIATE ME BEING THERE. IT WAS LIKE WALKING THROUGH THE DOORS OF MY OWN HOME. THE SALES MANAGER, FRANK GLADWELL, TALKED TO ME FOR A FEW MINUTES TOO GET A FEEL FOR WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND PROMPTLY HOOKED ME RIGHT UP WITH A GREAT SALESMAN BY THE NAME OF GRANT. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG FOR ME TO FIND WHAT I WANTED AS THEIR INVENTORY WAS VERY ADEQUATE. IN NO TIME AT ALL THEY WORKED OUT A DEAL TO FIT MY BUDGET AND MADE ME ONE HAPPY CAMPER.

The owner Wilbur was a real nice guy and gave me a straight deal. I have been to a lot of car lots that day and heard a lot of BS. He sold me a solid car and financed it for me when no one else would. He even called me a week later to make sure I was satisfied with the sale, there isn't too many car dealers that do that anymore. His finance rate was good even with my bad credit, I would recommend J&W autosales to anyone even my own mother, and she is never satisfied with anything. In today's economic crisis it's comforting to know that there are some car dealers out there that will work with a man when he is down and the owner of this place is one of those guys. If you are looking for a good used car or truck and have bad credit and you don't want to have to buy $18,000 car at 29% interest Just to get financed, go see Wilbur at J & W and he'll sell you a nice ride at a reasonable rate.

Don Williamson Nissan is purely awesome! This was my first time at this dealership. The care and knowledge was on point and they certainly made my goal come true for me. I had a goal in mind the night before, looked at their website, knew what vehicle I wanted, and went in the following morning. I traded in my old vehicle and they got me into one of my favorite vehicles being the Z line. My sales consultant Kevin did a terrific job with everything you could possibly imagine. We did the paperwork, crunched the numbers that would fit my budget and got me into that vehicle. The finance manager Kelly (I think that is how you spell it) really made things happen with getting on the phone and getting me approved for my loan through the same bank that I had my old vehicle financed through for 3 years. He told me his goal, what he was going to do, straight shooter and to the point and went to bat for me on that car.

As soon as my wife and I arrived, we were greeted warmly by our sales rep, Michelle Boswell. Mrs. Boswell was very happy and knowledgeable as was the whole staff at Moore Buick GMC. We knew what type of vehicle we wanted and we were shown several that fit our needs well without overwhelming us. We weren't pressed about buying the biggest car, we were generally being helped find the car that worked for us. When we decided to buy our Buick Enclave, we were given a great deal. The dealership as a whole worked with us to get a good interest rates with the bank despite my poor credit. As a whole experience I was quite pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy shown by everyone at the dealership. We bought a brand new.Acadia from here 2 weeks ago and the experience was nothing short of amazing! We pretty much knew what we were looking for before we got there. Ken showed us exactly what we asked for, never pressured us into looking at anything else, and went out of his way to make our 5 year old feel included in the process of getting a new family car. I was nervous about buying a new car in this town after hearing so many stories about people feeling pressured into something more than they needed or could afford, but not once did I feel like that here. We got an amazing deal on a brand new SUV and I couldn't as for more! I don't think we'll be buying our cars anywhere else, as long as we live in the area, they'll have our business!!

Me and my wife went shopping for new and used cars at this dealership and had a very good experience. Mr. Frost, our salesmen, was very nice, friendly, and patient with us. Other dealerships we went to that day didn't have the same level of customer service. He also quoted us out-the-door prices with most of them being within our budget and worked with us to find many cars that had what we wanted so we had a lot of choices, even for being so specific and picky. Some of the other dealerships offered better prices, but I felt I would get more out of these Nissan cars than anyone else. We also had a blow out after Christmas break and took our car in for service. They located all the tire problems promptly and replaced them quickly.

I was very please with my experience here last week. I have had several interactions with this dealership and have always been treated with the utmost respect unlike some other dealerships in the area. I purchased a new vehicle and was 100% satisfied with my purchase, I never felt rushed or pressured into buying something that I could not afford or did not like. Greg Spann was very knowledgable and took the extra time to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase, ensuring I got EXACTLY what I wanted, even down to the color. I have purchased several cars from different dealers in Jacksonville but will make it a point to visit Moore first next time.

I felt my experience at this dealer was top notch. Kelly Staples was friendly, not pushy and worked in getting me the price I needed for my trade in and payment. He treated me like I had a little bit of common sense in making this purchase and did not try and pull any "wool" over my eyes just because I was a female. The finance manager was also very knowledgeable, friendly and got me out of there with all my questions/concerns answered truthfully. I recently purchased some accessories for the Xterra and Kelly again helped me with that and my VIP status. Parts department was very professional and courteous. Will do business with them again, and recommend them.
