Paws sold me a dog at a high price that had severe heartworms. When I took the dog to my own vet, he confirmed that the dog was in danger of dying and I now will pay 300.00 for an expensive treatment, in addition to monthly pills. I went to Paws, who told me that they had told me this, which was untrue, then they showed me a tiny place in my contract where they put "Pos" which was to indicated that the dog had heartworms. They never articulated this and then told me that I could bring the dog back with no refund. These people are con artists. The Paws manager also confirmed that several of their other dogs have heartworms. They are selling overpriced dogs who are ill to unsuspecting consumers and turning a buck. They are as bad as a puppy mill. Beware!!!!! Also, to suggest that I return the dog two months later-when she is a part of my family is pretty cold hearted-shows how much they care about animals-and since they lied-she has less of a chance to survive now.

Was turned down to adopt a rescue animal by not having one of my dogs up to vaccinations due to her being diagnosed epileptic and not being able to neuter due to it being too taxing per our vet! No one answers the phones- its busy or just rings- no voicemail and no way to email as that is unavailable off their site as well. Not how a business should be run when dealing with lives. Put my hand out to only been slapped away. So much for trying to help- too bad could have had some healthy donations as well. Their loss at the stake of someone wanting to adopt a rescue. Such a shame. Go anywhere but here. Offered for a house tour and or pictures as well to be told Nope. Way to look after others lives Paws - such a shame.
