Today they set an appointment with me for 9am...but they don't open until 10. Typical for this location. Every time I stop in here (wish I didn't have to, but they sold me my phone), the employees are unprofessional and have no solutions for their customers problems. I have seen more than a few people leaving in a rage, cussing at the employees. Stay away from this branch!!!

I had walked into this store an hour before they closed. I was tiered and frustrated because I needed a new phone that night. I was pleasantly greeted by Avery & Stephen, after telling them what happen, what I needed, they went strait to work. They where extremely helpful and delightful. Not to mention very patient. We were having difficulties with getting my number changed from my previous network. They stayed open a hour latter with excellent customer service to make sure I got my phone that night. These two men are examples of what real customer service should be. If you want great service and knowledgeable people I would recommend this store. I had such a good experience I made sure to tell anyone looking for a new phone to come to this store.

Sprint Store
Worst store ever. They screwed up my phone and have been overcharging me by 40 every month. It's been over 5 months and they still have not fixed it. They just point fingers to Sprint and never call me back. Sprint is looking into it now because they will not resolve. Don't go here. Also cost me 350 in rebates due to their mistake.

This store is a third party store owned by 5 Star Cellular- I don't know if that's the issue but the store manager had "sold" me 4 phones and take my iPhones on the sprint buyback program. After I signed the contract and he activated the phones, an employee (as if on cue) yells out "the buyback phones have just dropped in price". The manager then looked at me and tells me I now need to pay $800. I had them switch all the phones back went to the real Sprint store at the St. John's Town Center where they took care of me with none of the shady tactics. Wish I could give them 0 stars!

I had the WORST experience every with a mobile phone company ever in almost 20 years! I called the store in the "Town Center" in Jacksonville FL asking if they had the S5 in gold in stock and when's the best time to come in. The young lady stated that they are busy now and to give it about 15 minutes and that they do have it in stock.I get there and speak to a different associate about upgrading to the S5 and how much the trade in would be. She takes a second and looks up the value and tells me that the total with upgrade was almost $90. I was fine with that and needed to back up everything before she swapped it. I transferred some things a gave it back to her. she then struggled removing the case from "Systm" for about a minute or so. Once it was removed we removed the cards. There was a residue on the case and not the phone when given to her and all of the water stickers where still white. She then took some #s off the phone and placed the battery back in. Once restarted the whole center was PURPLE! She then told me my phone is damaged. I replied "That's impossible! I was just using it and that wasn't their!". She then went in to the back room and supposedly the Manager told her "Theirs nothing they can do." (He never came out the back.). After that the other young lady in the room (announced her self as the Assistant Manager) asked me if I called earlier. I told her "Yes". This is where it get's extremely CRAZY! She then says that I asked about warranty and about broken screens! I had to take a deep breath because I never told/asked her about no such thing. Then was insinuating that I had come in with a broken phone and tried to pass it off. I then walked out the store and while outside it took me a little bit and called 611. After telling to CSR the situation he promptly to care of me by sending a replacement phone and to call after I send back the phone to remove the charge so the replacement.I called today and now because of the representative in the store not taking responsibility and notating that I gave them a broken phone and that the phone inside had residue (It's funny that the sticker inside wasn't affected with the liquid (((LAIR!))))). Now I'm being charged phone the replacement phone and am trying to reach the Regional Manager and the store keeps calling asking why and I do not want to talk to them just their Regional! I'm done with this company!!!!
