I came into contact with this State Farm office seeking information and came into contact with Kathleen Bouton. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained several different type of policies to enhance my current auto, home, business and life. It is unusual to have an opportunity to speak to someone who takes the time to explain each facet of the policies rather that have someone who is not as articulate and trying to shove unnecessary policies down your throat and then lose patience who you decline their overtures. I have banked with them for over 20 years and have had several mortgages with them. Since they outsource their serving center and escrow account the service is horrible. They dont call you back, they have had our escrow money for over 2 months now and we haven't seen it since we closed on May 3rd 2017. I would advise anyone to not get a mortgage with them nor bank with them. This had been a horrible experience and we are still waiting on our refund. Kelly Rothwell

In October of last year the owner of this business Michelle Jeralds backed into my car in a parking lot. She was going to drive off until I got out of my car and told her she needed to give me her insurance information. She reluctantly attempted to give us her information (only ended up giving us the name of her insurance company and a business card) and blamed her hitting us on a van blocking her view. Fast forward a week later and the insurance company is telling me that there are conflicting statements and they will only accept 10% liability. She caused almost $700 worth of damage and I was sent a check for $67!!! I'm still unsure what this woman told them to spin it so I was some how at fault, but I do know she is a LIAR and I hope she gets the karma she deserves.

I stayed at my bfs and wanted to make a cash deposit via ATM. I've never had to have my cash verified and Walt on my funds. This is extremely inconvenient. Ice never experienced this challenge with any other wells Fargo and have been with wells Fargo before they even were. I will never go back to this location. Now I have to wait 2 days to funds verified???
