Mr Polite was outstanding and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the process on everything that he was doing. I find him to be very knowledgeable and he gave me advice on what I can do to keep my computer clean and on how to prevent the situation again. I'm proud of my decision on choosing the right person for the job. I'm the part of my neighborhoods Home Owners Association committee and I'll be sure to get his name out to the neighborhood.

Darryl came out and I was immediately impressed just after talking to him. He is very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me as he was doing it. In the process of him cleaning up my computer, he also took the time to assist me with setting up my wireless printer and adding additional security on my router for my network.I will be a regular and I will recommend him to everyone. I was so impressed that I let my mother and neighbors know about him who are looking forward to meeting him.

I was purchasing a new mailbox pole from Brad and made the purchase on Monday. During that call I asked for the full price of the mailbox pole with me doing the installation and he gave me the price. I called him again on Wednesday to confirm delivery of the pole and he said he would drop it off Friday. I checked my credit card later in the week and noticed that I was charged more than what was said. I call him on Friday to discuss this at 3pm with no answer. I left him a voice mail asking why I was charged more and if he was delivering the pole Friday like he had said. I then called the number of Atlantic Powder Coating which was listed on my credit card. They answered the phone and said Brad was already gone for the day at 3pm. I asked about the price and they could not answer the question but they stated the pole has been done and ready. I called Brad on Monday after the weekend to find out what happen and he was very unprofessional. When I first spoke to him I was giving the price and I clearly asked was that the full price. Which was not the case, I know companies have to charge tax but that was what I was asking for and he charged me more. I also asked him Monday why I did not get the pole on Friday like he had said, I would and his response was "I forgot". In that conversation he told me to take my business elsewhere. I would not do business with this person because he was very unprofessional and cannot follow up on his obligations. I am surprised he is still in business with those customer skills.
