really hate given this 1 star! To the old lady and itisha working the store on Oct. 8, 2016 Saturday after hurricane Matthew. I hope this gets back to your hateful souls. As, if things were fine for all she's worried about a cigarette law?. My family is home no electricity, with saws clearing trees for us and some neighbors when they asked a new mother with 3 day old baby at the house and myself to pick a pack of cigarettes form him. (Never had a problem before, or been asked about 3rd party) This just wasn't the time.... I pulled up sent his wife in (new Mommy), oops! she didnt bring her id to purchase 1 pack of cigarettes. So, with no shoes on I went in with Id and credit card. The old lady was complaining to me, the phone is driving her crazy, I said, I'm sorry and started chatting about the guys back at the house and asked for the cigarettes....She then stepped back and put her hands up and said, I cant sell them to you its a 3rd party sell and its against they law!!! Itisha stepped in agreeing they couldn't sell them to me. I said sell them and I'll smoke one for you...she said No! I went back home and my son, 22yr old went back up to Speedway when the old lady was kicking out some small kids needing to get some drinks , screaming at them one at a time! Get out! He walked in asked Itisha for a pack and she sold him cigarettes and didn't even ask him for and Id.. I'm 54 yrs old; and had my id.. Third party! That's my problem, let me get caught giving a minor a cigarette I gave you an id. It's none of your business, and if so where was your compassion? Not everyone is trying to break a law.. I'm not a kid! I request you roll back the camera and watch them sell my son a pack without carding him and fire these idiots....... There is no compassion here with employees like these two. All I can say is don't waste your time or money here....

i have worked in customer service my entire life and always go above and beyond to help the consumer. this place has the WORST customer service i have ever experienced. last time (I used to frequent the store years ago) and was given a hard time for not knowing the price of the items i was purchasing (i apparently had been paying lower cost [which was then ADVERTISED by the store] for items for a period of time and this was my fault, as the consumer, as i was basically grilled by multiple employees about it) but after not doing business with them for years, i thought i would try again. WRONG. today i was flat out told that i was done being helped- i could not look at any other items; as i had looked at 11 and that was too much (meanwhile they sell maybe 100 items and only a few other people came in while i was shopping) and i was happy to wait while she was helping them but i was the only person in the store yet i was told she was basically done helping me. i walked out and will never go back again, their gas may be cheaper but if it is as poor as their customer service, it is not worth it. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. not even worth one star.
