The Windsor San Pablo
We love the Windsor. They are making so many positive changes! We are very excited to see what the New Year will bring!

The Windsor San Pablo
Sadly, The Windsor has really gone down hill. The food has been terrible for the past year +, management has no clue how to manage and the poor residents can only continue to go on with their lives. Those working in the dining room are only there when residents don't require other services. They serve the food cold, cannot get an order correct and management won't do a thing about it. I have written letters to no avail. The administrator has no clue how an assisted living facility should be managed, as his only experience is with a juvenile justice facility. I am appalled but am having a difficult time getting Mom to move to another facility .

Gorgeous community in a great location. Love the huge movie theater and the privacy of trees all around it. I am frequently at The Windsor and the staff is always friendly and the residents seem happy.

There are 2 residents that lives at this facility and are still panhandling. One of the residents were just released from Jail on 10/28/2016 and back at the panhandling again the same day. This facility also are receiving money for the stay of these residents that are spending time in jail. this is not right. We TAXPAYERS are paying for the stay of them at this facility and also in JAIL at the same time. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS FACILITY AND THE 2 PANHANDLERS. THESE 2 RESIDENNTS DOES UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS WRONG. DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR RESIDENTS THAT PANHANDLES. GET THEM EVAULUATED AND GET TREATMENT FOR THEM FOR THERE SICKNESS OF BEGGING FOR MONEY AND FOOD. AND ALSO THEY ARE SAYING THEY ARE HOMELESS. WHICH THEY ARE NOT.

Brookdale Mandarin
More like a nursing home than assisted living. No exercise equipment...even a stationary bicycle. Dining is at long tables, like a dorm or penitentiary. They did have tables for four but did away with them. Food is not bad but little variation I'm menu. I see no activities for dementia residents.. They mostly park them here and there.

The staff of this facility does not care what there residents do outside this facility. When brought to there attention they say we can only talk to them and say that they need not do that again. They have violated the HIPPA Guidelines

Beautiful facility with good food. Very lovely place for healthy and able-bodied adults. Not as good for those with difficulties.

Just a moment...
