Now that we are at the final stage I want to take time to thank you for all you have done to make this the most seamless personal business process I have been through to date. From the beginning of our working relationship, you have been completely organized, have responded to my questions in a timely manner, have provided all information I needed to give me the 'comfort' level I required to follow through with this refinancing process, and you have, at times, given me the distance I needed to think things through on my own and break ties with other firms I was considering working with before proceeding with you. (That was something ethically I felt necessary to do before proceeding with your firm as you well remember.)I have been very pleased with the way you have handled my refinancing. Thirteen days from the day I said I would go with you and your firm to the day I closed on my refinancing. I am very impressed that you remained focused on each date along the way. You kept me focused on returning each and every document required to you in a timely manner to keep the whole process on track. If this was a football game, I would say, 'You are a great coach!'I also appreciate your 'out of the box' thinking in that you suggested I speak with Jessica concerning my insurance. In doing so, as you know, I am changing auto insurance and saving another significant amount of money per year. Thank you for this as well.I wish you well with your 'Feeding the 750 Families' project (I hope I got the number correct). I wish you and your firm well and much success in doing such a gracious and needed project. Our country and economy is in such a state that people, people, are hungry and suffering on a daily basis. My church is also involved with a project like this (only on a much smaller scale). I will think of you and your company as we work on our project at church. I work in the inpatient setting and I have read some of the comments written here and would like to respond. What people don't realize about our facility is that we are "crisis stabilization" and not long term. We're here for people who are threatening self-harm or are psychotic and need immediate intervention. We don't do deep therapy, we get people back on their meds or prescribe meds if needed. The general length of stay is 3-5 days. From here people are referred to outpatient for follow up care. Our facility is currently being renovated as the buildings were old and outdated. A much better improvement however, but with block concrete not much insulation. That should've been improved upon but they chose not to and lack of funds probably is my guess. The meals are actually not that bad and I eat meals there sometimes myself. As far as staff is concerned we do have some nurses who I believe are very calloused and rude, but there are those of us that do care about the people there. We get a lot of homeless people that use our facility for a place to stay so they basically lie to get in. Some of them are very rude and we also get paranoid schizophrenics who sometimes are out of control and are violent. So we deal with a wide range of people. It's very scary to have the police bring in a 6 ft 5 man hog tied because he was so out of control with them but they don't need jail because they are mentally sick, but they leave them with us and we are then forced to deal with them. I've had co-workers hurt and some not able to return to work due to them getting harmed. So we serve a population that people don't realize need a place like ours to come to, otherwise they'd be on the streets possibly doing harm to themselves or others. So I just wanted to put it out there so people can get an understanding of what we do. If you or someone you know has had a bad experience I'm sorry, since there were only 4 replies and all negative I have to wonder how many out there have had a positive experience with us but have not commented. I know they're out there because I deal with them every day. Thanks for reading.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank LATISHA for the exemplary manner in which she handled my loan. I was under a great deal of stress during the time I contacted your company. Latisha was a STAR. I did not have to worry for one minute because she kept me informed every step of the way. She handled every angle for me and went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Further, (and to MY good fortune), Latisha and I became friends!The other companies I was dealing with (three) became extremely obnoxious when I told them I was settling with Foundation Financial Group. Their loss... Do something right in this world and 3 people hear about it; do something wrong and 3,000 hear. I will make sure everyone I know hears about the unprofessional manner of these companies and how I was treated. They were "right there" when I was inquiring about refinancing; they were highly unprofessional and one company (a MAJOR company in this area) was outright obnoxious when I said I was settling with FFG. As young as Latisha is, she displayed more professionalism and KINDNESS that the other three companies combined. Be glad she doesn't live in this area -- I would snatch her away to work with me!To tell the truth, I would have even gone higher on the loan - ONLY to deal with Latisha. She IS that good. I would hope that you would pass my comments on to her and COMMEND her for a job well done. She has gone above and beyond my highest expectations. She is definitely an asset to your company and she would be an asset to ANY company she where she might work in the future. I have no clue where you got her from, but I would like to have someone of her caliber working for me!I would hope that you will consider adding my comments to any - and I mean any - form of advertisement for FFG. I only ask that you keep my address and phone number confidential.I am extremely fortunate to have encountered FFG and especially Latisha Lezama.. My Husband and I were looking to refinance our FHA loan and really had no idea who to call. My husband tried to contact some people but they really were not helpful. Our original loan was with a big bank and we couldn't even get them to do the right thing. It was almost impossible to get someone who would return a phone call or who even knew what they were talking about.One day my husband was speaking with a co-worker who was also looking to refinance their home and they suggested that we contact Kevin Brady @ Foundation Financial Group. We figured at worst case, we will make a call and get no help. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. Not only did we get a call back from Kevin, but he actually called us back at the exact time he said he would. He spent so much time with us that he was the last one leaving the office that night just to make sure that all of our questions were answered.We will never forget the time that he took with us. That is not the case anymore. It is a rarity that you can walk into a store, bank, restaurant or even call up for customer service and the person on the other end is willing to do their job, let alone care about you as a person. Kevin not only does his job but also cares about the people that he is trying to help. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Kevin and we will HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that we may know that is look to refinance or even go through the mortgage process for the first time. We didn't have the pleasure of knowing Kevin for our purchase, but boy do I wish we did!!Kevin's dedication to what he does is refreshing and I just wanted to let you know that you have a wonderful employee in him.

I don't know if I got the usual service or if they were holding back because I bought a "deal of the day" certificate. The haircut was good. Basically just a trim. Service was good and the girl who cut my hair was very nice. The mani/pedi left a lot to be desired though. The girl who did the mani/pedi (Katie maybe?) was very sweet, and easy to talk to...but the pedicure chair was broken...and couldn't be operated with the remote. The massage feature hurt to the point that I had to ask her to turn it off.The mani/pedi just wasn't the same as I've had at other salons. I'm used to getting a decent leg/foot massage with the pedicure, and more than a 30 second hand/arm massage with the manicure. What would normally take over an hour at my regular salon took all of about 25 minutes at Brittany's.While it didn't suck...I wouldn't pay more than what I spent on the "deal of the day" certificate: $39.
Chimena is the realist hair care stylist I have known, I have been going to her for over 10+ yrs....when I came to her she not only help my hair grow long & strong but she showed me how to care for it @ home... My hair was brittle, damaged & falling out... she told me to stop doing what ever I was doing( dieting) go natural & eat more fruits / veggies & take some vitamins she recommended.... your hair is what u eat & the body will strip the non vital organs ( hair, nails & skin) of nutrients... I now have a head full of healthy hair & I let no 1 cut relax or treat my hair but Chimena... Chimena is a hair care specialist that has many years of experience & she loves what she do... That is priceless & today u can't find hair stylist that know & love there craft..
It was my first time as a customer here and it wasn't the greatest experience. I arrived early and when my stylist came and took me in. She did wash my hair but then she had me wait on the chair with wet hair while taking care of a previous client. It took about 30 minutes of my appt time. That wasn't so bad and she did give me a haircut but she didn't dry it even though she dried my bangs and I thought that she would do the rest but she didn't. I told her I would like it dried and she said she would have to take care of he next client before doing me. I don't know if I made a mistake with my request or what, but it didn't feel right to me that she used some of my appt time for another client. I don't know if I'll come back again. :( I was really disappointed.
I am new to the area and wanted a great place to call home for my hair needs. I asked the few people I knew of any places local to where I live and they referred me to here. I found a groupon special and took the leap. I ended up with Betty and she was terrific I was making a big change to my hair due to medical reasons and Betty was just awesome! This place has the nicest people and at home atmosphere I ended up very happy indeed with my results and Booked my next appt with Betty already. I have to add that this place was also fun! Yes fun the conversations between the stylists and customers left me laughing and smiling. I now have a place to call home. Thank you Betty!Debbie J.
