Fields Jaguar on Atlantic in Jacksonville FL has the Worst service ever!!!!...My car has been there for almost 3 months and Ive had it for only 5 months total..Initially it stopped due to battery failure...Had it towed in July 25th the Service Manager Robert Schuging said that my car has a V6 bumper and that voided the warranty..They never touched it for 1 month..I towed it home then to Pep Boys for diagnostic then back to Fields Jaguar after the company I bought it from decided to pay for everything (a $400 diagnostic check)..After 2 months of back and forth with Matthew Broslovsky at Jaguar corporate we found out that it was not the case and my warranty is valid..Fields says its my battery and a hose (pretty sure its the recall hose that is only recalled on diesel engine cars..which mine is not) thats all..This should be paid under the warranty but they are insisting that the company I purchased it from still pay as opposed to what Jaguar corporate said that it will in fact cover..Go figure...On the 22nd it was to be done on the 25th...On the 25th it would be ready on the 27th...On the 27th it would be ready on the 29th..I was given a rental on Friday the 29th beause it was to be ready on the 2nd of October...Now guess what today its still not ready..Cindy Coleman the "service advisor" never calls me..No one gives updates...Nothing..Just excuses like "the guy who was working on your car was not in today"...Its been problem after problem..I just want my car back...I left a message with Mic Romero Location Manager and am going to email him and Garry Redig VP of Operations at firstname.lastname@example.org & email@example.com...Hopefully this will gain some attention, If not PLAN B!!!!!
Ever wonder why you hate politicians and used cars salesmen? Because they are liars, will look you dead in the face and lie to you. Told me the car I was buying was used by the sales manager's wife, found some paperwork behind the glove compartment that says it was a lease vehicle, gave name and address and other personal information. Liars! Public Enemy, can't trust them.
BEWARE!!! LIARS!!! Drove 5 hours to buy a Mercedes advertised as "No Accidents". Bought the car and as we were getting the paperwork ready I asked to see the Carfax. As I looked at the carfax I realized the car had a SEVERE accident with major damage! They told me it was clean! The dealership & sales team are trash. Total ghetto! TRASH! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR I WOULD... THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER BEEN TOO. THEY RIP YOU OFF EVERY CHANCE THEY GET... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO SOMEONE ELSE... YOU WILL REGRET TAKING IT HERE FOR ANY REASON.. I WOULDNT LET THEM PUT AIR IN MY TIRES... YES ITS THAT BAD... THE BLATANT RIP OFFS THAT GO ON HERE AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORTS THESE EFFORTS TO DO SO............ Fast service department, came in for my first oil change. Happy with the service. The service area is clean and cozy, there is free popcorn and a Soda machine ....

Horrible experience, stay away from this dealership. Just for the record, I have leased and purchase not one but many vehicles in my life time, my last 2 being Hyundais. Went to the dealership at the end of the month on Memorial Day weekend to trade in my current Hyundai and get into a new one. So you would think that as a return customer they would be a bit more receptive to sell a vehicle. Long story short, after hearing (from the salesman) numbers that did not quite make sense I decided to make a call to another Hyundai dealership to see if they had the vehicle we wanted in stock. What happened next shocked me. The manager got offended and asked us to leave and take our business somewhere else saying that we were wasting their time! Since when is the dealership's time more valuable than mine and when did price checking become wrong? It was obvious that they were threatened by other dealerships prices and instead of offering to match any prices we might have found, they asked us to leave. So we did and found a much better deal in St Augustine.The person responsible for this was not the salesman but the actual sales manager (or possibly store manager), a heavy African-American guy with a snappy personality. WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!!!
Everything went great. Staff was very attentive and professional. My car is amazing and I really couldn't ask for more.

I agree with Robert L., the level of professionalism and customer service has diminished at Fields Jaguar (formerly Matheny Jaguar). It does appear that the staff is stressed out. I have been a customer since 2008 – 2009. Not only would Fields Jaguar benefit from more staff, because there appears to be more staff, but the staff needs quality training. For example, I waited about 20 minutes to get my car from the service department because the cashier could not find my car key. Can anybody recommend a local Jaguar repair company other than Eurospec?
