I paid for glasses that were never ordered. I could get no information from the employees, other than "it's still at the lab." Then, after many phone calls and hold time, someone finally contacted "the lab" to supposedly be told that the script had been "sent to another lab." No one could track them,and the lab bizarrely didn't have any record of their wherabouts.The optical store manager was on permanent vacation, and no one would return my calls. I finally called Wal Mart store assistant manager, who promised to look into it, and who also never called me back. They refused to refund my money over the phone, so I had to make a trip back to the store to get money back for glasses that never were ordered. This whole event took over three weeks, and had a surreal, nightmare quality to it. I felt like I was talking to robots. No one was remotely concerned that I gave the store nearly $100.00 for literally nothing. It's fraud for stores to steal from customers.

My second time here and I'm still not impressed. To discuss customers openly in front of the other customers is very unprofessional. Also the negative rude attitudes are uncalled for. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority for a business whose success depends solely on the customer being happy with services they provide.

The Doctor side of this office is terrible. I was a walk in patient and gave them my insurance cards I confirmed before that they took the type of eye insurance that I had and they charged me full price anyway. They were not friendly,they were very sarcastic, and the dr. seemed to be rushed to get to a lunch. It was as though they didn't really want to take time for me. Also they didn't give me a run down of the charges I would pay before I got my exam and I had a bit of sticker shock.The eye glasses optician was very sweet. She took a fair amount of time assisting me with my purchase. She helped me understand what I was spending my money on and why it would be a great idea. She seemed to be greatful to have me as a customer in her store. I will go back to her for any need, but will seek out a new eye doctor for my prescription before entering three doors.

Excellent service all the way! Dr. Mutai is friendly and patient, he saw my daughter and she lives him. I will definitely be seeing him for my next exam. Susie was awesome, she was knowledgable about what lenses would be best for my girl's glasses as her prescription is very strong, and was able to guide her to a frame she loves. Every single person we encountered on our visit was welcoming and cheery. A very friendly store! I highly recommend this location!

Dr Mutai at this location is very good. Very through in his exams. He diagnosed and is treating me for ocular hypertension.The folks fitting glasses also do a very good job.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of frames and they were extremely knowledgeable about the alternatives for my glasses, such as tints, lens coatings, etc. A good pair of quality eyeglasses can be an expensive purchase, especially for someone like me with low vision needs, so quality and attention to detail are very important to me. This is a family-owned and operated business and its operators are very committed to meeting the needs of their customers. I'm not sure what the particular circumstances were surrounding the one negative review written here, but, having done business here several times on numerous occasions, I can say that I have never had such an experience from any of the staff here.
