This place is not as bad as these reviews are cooking up to be. The inside of the gym is always clean and there is always people inside cleaning, putting up weights, etc. And it is an all around good gym. last year i could not say the same as I can now. And all this talk about getting scammed because they charge your bank account repeatedly , ITS NOT TRUE! All you need to do is ask an employee how much longer you've got on your membership and when its about a week from expiring, just double check with the general manager to make sure the account will be completely inactive, simple as that. The trainers and staff up front are extremely fun and kind to everyone. I've tried other gyms and after months I still feel like a complete stranger walking through those doors, but at Just fitness its quite motivating to know that all the staff know who you are and they will tell you whether you seem to be doing good, or if you haven't been in for awhile they will show concern. Its almost like having a bunch of friends that work together. I highly recommend this place and I do not feel like they are just trying to bathe in your wallet/purse, so stop making excuses and just get fit, lol!
I have always struggled with staying on an exercise plan that fits me. The basic gym routine was just not cutting it, and I was not getting the progress I was looking for. I found ILKB at Atlantic and Kernan, and I LOVE it. They not only make sure you get a full intense workout, but the owners and instructors care about your progress. They NEVER stop motivating you, and providing you tips that go beyond the mat. They push you to your max, then take the time to provide feedback and guidance. Plus, I have seen more results in just a few months then with any other programs - and I started at a very poor cardio level. I never thought I would enjoy any kind of fitness “class.” I have always been a person who has enjoyed working independently, but I have to say try it once and you will be addicted, like me!!
My review -- you would probably have alot more customers if you answered the phone during business hours. I was a Golds member & wanted to renew my membership thru you, pay a year up-front, but since I can't get an answer - wait - someone answered once but put me on hold for 7 minutes.
