San Marco Food Store
My husband and I have lived in the Lofts for almost a year and a half - and if we weren't moving out of state we certainly would have stayed. Apart from the beautiful historic qualities of the building (high ceilings, huge windows with lots of natural light, original floors), we've found Cesery Companies a great property manager. Any maintenance requests were dealt with very promptly, and questions were answered in a timely manner. Our apartment, a one bedroom, is very quiet and spacious. We also love being able to walk to the restaurants and bars nearby. When we first moved to Jacksvonille we lived in a generic apartment complex in Southside - but I wish we had found the Lofts early on. The San Marco neighborhood has so much more character than elsewhere in Jacksonville.

Katherine Etheridge
I recently sold Ms. Katherine Etheridge a Trailers USA aluminum horse trailer, that is built in Ocala, Fl. She drove from Florida to our Trailer Lot in Macon, Ga to view our trailers and I got to spend some time talking with her. She is very personable and really cares about minor details on things that would normally go unnoticed. I have never purchased a house from her, but if I were listing my home or looking to purchase one, I would want her working for me! She is really awesome to work with! Thanks! Sincerely, John at Macon Custom Trailers

Delegal Law Offices Pa
Tad Delegal is an outstanding attorney and highly skilled. I most certainly am able to say he destroyed the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (John Rutherford) in Arbitration! He was upfront and honest, never promising anything or misleading me. By the time we went to Arbitration, he knew my case as well as I did and obviously spent an enormous amount of time preparing. Additionally, his staff is professional and works as diligently as he does. I highly recommend Mr. Delegal.

Garage Door Repairs
Found myself in a real jam when the one spring broke . Called a few of the companies offering service - but no one could give a solid quote and prices varied from 215$ to 300$ dollars. Dave brings a wealth of knowledge which he is eager to share - and as a homeowner - I had quite a few questions. It was a real pleasant experience - a real professional. Not sure what happened in the other reviews - I mean this guy was as honest as they come.

A1a Overhead Door Company
My car was stolen out of the garage and I needed new remotes and my opener reprogrammed. The service was done the same day as the theft, so I felt the company acknowledged my distress by providing service in a timely manner. I appreciated the timely service. I'm especially impressed with the prompt assistance I have received every time I have had to call AIA Overhead Door. Their customer service is above and beyond most companies.

Denise sold our home for TOP dollar, and then helped us buy another house as well. She was diligent and was always available. We could always count on Denise to work with our best interest in mind. We have referred Denise to many other luck people and she has always done a great job for them as well. Denise is the most exceptional Realtor we have ever worked with. Thanks Denise.John and Robin Sylvester, St. Johns County

S and S Truck Repair
I can't tell you enough how happy I was to find a good reliable and honest shop. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Great customer service from dale. Shop mechanics don't play around and had me in and out quickly while almost every other shop in Jacksonville were booked for days or overpriced. I will continue doing business with them if I'm ever back in the area and will recommend to friends if needed.

A1a Overhead Door Company
The bar connecting the garage door motor to the garage door fell. Your agent explained that the garage door opener was initial installed incorrectly and realigned and attached the bar correctly. Your agent was prompt. freindly, and knowledgeable. My issue was resolved the same day. Agent was professional and courtesy. The garage door was fixed in about 15 minutes.

Tips & Advices
Monthly, carefully observe the door as you open and close it. If you hear or see anything unusual, take a closer look. The regular motion could loosen up some of the hardware, so take a few minutes to tighten everything up. Also, be sure that tracks, tires, and other moving parts are lubricated. If your door is painted, make sure it isn't chipped or peeling. Deteriorating paint on a wooden door could let moisture in, which leads to warped doors, while a steel door could rust.
On average, a new garage door installation will cost around $1,000. Most homeowners end up paying somewhere between $740 and $1,400, including the installation and the door itself.
It depends. For someone who tackles home improvement projects, installing a garage door might be a viable do-it-yourself project. An experienced wood or metal worker can install with the right materials, tools, and knowledge. Someone less experienced should contact a professional. Depending on the size, a door could weigh as much as 200 pounds, though some smaller or uninsulated ones could be less than 100 pounds.
If you begin to notice this around a change in seasons, check the lubricant on the tracks. Weather patterns will affect lubricant's effectiveness. Dirt or debris on the tracks could also be the cause; make sure they're clear and clean. If the tracks look fine, make sure the doors are hung evenly.
It could mean your tracks are either dented, falling, or otherwise misaligned. Misaligned or damaged tracks can cause the door to cease working or fall off its tracks. If your door is stuck, slanted, or looks unstable, call a professional who will have the right tools to fix the problem.
