Florida Braincore Therapy
Dr. A. Serle spent a considerable amount of time with me listening to my symptoms and explaining the results of recent tests and probable causes of my problems. I felt he was very thorough and was very easy to talk to.

This is the best doctor(Dr. Serle) I've seen for my current issue and I would definitely recommend this doctor and I'm pretty picky about doctors I choose.

Dr. Phillip J. Garcia, MD - Garcia Institute Town Center
Dr. Garcia and his staff are amazing. They explained all details in a way I could clearly understand, and also gave me detailed, day by day written instructions. They were available to answer my questions at all time, they even provided me with cel numbers. I am in love with my results. I would recommend anyone to come to see the FACE specialist!!!

Dr. Garcia gives patients realistic expectations, without trying to over correct. His outcomes are natural and improved without appearing artificially correct.

Everything was explained in depth, when it came down to it, I was very comfortable with everything! He did a great job explaining the procedure.

My father is the patient here, he ran out of his medication, and we are on day 3 of requesting a refill. My father has epilepsy and withdrawing from this medication because they can’t seem to sign an rx could cause him to have a seizure. I keep getting the run around but was told several high priority messages were sent to Dr J about this issue. But apparently he doesn’t read them, he is a worthless doctor in my opinion. We still don’t have the medication he needs. He doesn’t care. And most of the staff was extremely rude on the phone.

Tips & Advices
It's a good idea to have your teeth professionally cleaned before having them whitened, since cleaning can enhance your results. If you have sensitive teeth, using Sendodyne(a fluoride toothpaste), or a fluoride rinse in the two weeks leading up to your first teeth-whitening session will help you minimize or avoid tooth sensitivity.
Good oral hygiene is essential in keeping teeth bright following teeth whitening. This means flossing at least once daily, and brushing your teeth twice a day. Regular use of activated charcoal or a whitening toothpaste can help teeth retain their whiteness.
One potential side effect of teeth whitening is tooth sensitivity. Delicate gum tissues may also be irritated during teeth-whitening treatment.
Teeth whitening doesn't work on veneers, caps, and bonding. However, teeth whitening will not weaken these structures, and it may actually make them stronger.
Teeth whitening isn't permanent, and the whiteness can start to diminish in as little as a month. However, if you avoid foods that can stain teeth and practice diligent oral hygiene, results can last up to a year.
