Half the fun of owning a camper is working on your camper.My 2011 Keystone Alpine 3500 RE is my third camper. Although I do enjoy wrenching on my own equipment, there are times we need to take our rig into a shop.My kitchen slide out started extending and retracting crooked on a trip from Ohio back to Georgia. One side was leading the other, both extending and retracting. Rear leveling jacks stopped working as well.I called Camping World in Jacksonville and they got me scheduled in within a couple of days. Being the beginning of the spring camping season, I was pleasantly surprised.I dropped my camper off at Camping World - Jacksonville and gave Brian a tour of the problems. Probably only took twenty minutes.A representative called me within a couple of days with the diagnosis. Welds had failed on the slide-out mechanism. They needed my authorization to make the repairs, which entailed essentially rebuilding, and re-welding brackets on the slide-out mechanism.I got a call within a few days that my camper was ready to be picked up, and that Camping World - Jacksonville had handled all of the claims with my seven-year extended warranty. Upon arriving to pick up my camper, these folks had it plugged in and allowed me to do a complete inspection of the work performed. The technician that did the work and a service manager were present to show me the work that had been done. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service.While doing my inspection, we discovered another small issue. Camping World - Jacksonville suggested that I simply leave the camper, as they needed to order some parts.Two days later, it was fixed and ready for pick-up. The additional work was covered under my extended warranty, which the folks at Camping World - Jacksonville completely handled. Once again, Camping World - Jacksonville had my camper pulled in front of a bay and plugged into power for inspection. All was good. This is the first time I had used Camping World - Jacksonville for service on my camper.I’m a little price sensitive, but even without the warranty, the pricing for Camping World’s service was very reasonable. The customer service and attention, follow-up and follow-through were excellent. Keeping their customer informed was excellent. The workmanship of the repairs is excellent. The speed of getting my camper in and our, all repaired was excellent.I will definitely use Camping World - Jacksonville in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a travel trailer from Travelcamp of Jacksonville a couple months ago. The sales staff was great and worked with me to get a great deal on the unit I wanted. I had my first experience this past week with their service department. The service department was first rate all through the process. They listened intently to my concerns and went above and beyond what I was expecting to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend Travelcamp of Jacksonville for your RV needs.

Great experience that exceeded expectations. A genuine focus on making sure the customer is satisfied. Caleb in sales is excellent and has personal RV experience. Tom is excellent technically and does a great job of conducting inspections. Was helpful in making sure our tow configuration would be safe. Highly recommend Travelcamp...a very satisfied customer.

My husband and I searched for over a year to find the perfect camper, and Travel camp offered Venture trailer that checked off all of our "must have" boxes and even fulfilled all of our "would be nice to have" boxes. Having that brand available to look at in town is about as happy as this tale gets.We needed to order a part - a simple cover to the awning mechanism that had come off on one of our travels. My husband called numerous times, several times a week and each time the person answering the phone would say that no one in parts was available and could they call back. Each time, no one called back. A few days would go by and we'd call again. No one EVER calls back. Three weeks we tried because both my husband and I work the same hours that they are open. Finally, I got up early and drove 60 miles from my home to their location so that I could talk to a person face to face. I explained my situation and frustration, gave her the required information, was told it was a special order and it would be placed on Monday. Another 3 weeks went by. Called to check the status and was told it had not come in yet, but would check Monday and call me back. SHOCKING - didn't get a phone call.When I called on Tuesday - I find out that the part was never ordered and oh! by the way, because of the holiday the whole supplier's facility will be shut down until Jan 5th.Phyllis, the warranty admin, who is covering for the woman who no longer works in parts who never ordered my part contacted the facility, is the first person to EVER return a phone call. But even IF they get it shipped tomorrow, due to the holiday it is still expected to take 10 days to arrive at my door. Absolutely terrible service after the sale and if I can't trust them with the tiniest responsibility to call me back, much less order a part that they aren't even installing, how can I ever trust them with a warranty issue? I'll drive out of town, thanks. They won't get another dime from me.

I purchased my 2016 Rv at a great price though Travel Camp and Had some fit and finish Issues with it So I brought it in for service. After the service department running into a few delays getting the parts they needed from the factory (almost four Months wait time on these parts) The Service Mgr Jumped through Hoops! to make me and my wife Happy.... In one day He was able to work with the Owner of the company and got the approval to take my trailer back and refunding the purchase price that I paid and use it toward the purchase of a better,newer 2017 model.Soon I will be going down to Travel Camp Rv to take a look at the new Rv and to shake the Hands and personally thank the service mgr for working so hard to make me part of the happy Travel Camp Family.

TRULY OUTSTANDING!!!!! Staff on both sales and services are HONEST, Professional and Understanding. We are first time RVers and they have started us off on the right foot. Their helpfulness is beyond what we expected and received at other dealers in the area. I do recommend them to everyone for their quality, honesty and professionalism. We cannot say enough good things for this outfit.
