Family First Home Healthcare of Jacksonville Fl
Warning anyone seeking care for a loved one that they will be pbe putting that person at risk while being completely financially taken advantage of. Warning not to make the mistake to trust all of the things the company will promise!

Atlantic Homecare
Knowledgeable, empathetic, kind staff. 4 stars because waiting room is extremely small. Two people with walkers wouldn't be able to fit.

Continuum Of Care
Continuum of Care has been a lifesaver for my father in law. His caregiver is wonderfully attentive, always prompt, reliable, cheerful and very patient with him as the dementia progresses. The rates are very competitive and fair. Our whole family is very happy with Continuum of Care and would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

Nurses As Needed
They used to be good when Rena was the staffing coordinator.. The one now is fraudulent and never is there, not even for a question.

Continuum Of Care
By far the best home care in Jacksonville. The software they use allows for seamless communication. They have a nice van too.

Tambolina Services Inc
They never provided any information about the worker. I don't know her last name, her background, or her skill level. This was my first experience, so I wasn't sure what to expect with a staffing agency or respite care. No assessment was done to see what we needed, who might suit or answer questions. I couldn't understand the man on the phone. The worker had been given 2 hours notice with no idea what was expected. My husband is a high level injury and requires 24/7 care. He's nonverbal and quadriplegic. None of this was considered. The company provided us with more hours than approved and 75% of the time the worker was sitting alone. I told them the hours were wrong and we chose to look elsewhere as we didn't feel their services were a good fit for our family. He insisted on finding other reasons and hung up on me. I called 2 companies and my caseworker; they said there should be a home assessment where we could express what we expected in a worker. Do not recommend Tambolina Services

Virginia M. Boney, Ph.D., LMFT, PA
I so appreciate how Dr. Boney created a safe space for us as we walked through counseling. The neutral space and her openness to both of us provided an environment for us to connect.
