Beware of this company. They want me to leave a great review for a lower price on a warranty fix.DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY !! Even the service tech says they are crooks.$1000.00 Labor to fix a blower that is covered under warranty.

AA Service and Repair - North Florida AC
Improper diagnosis and wanted to charge $3,800 for the repair. 2nd opinion found the real problem and it was still under warranty. Amazing because AA Service sold and installed the system and that is how they treat their customers. Owners would not return calls to even discuss. BEWARE!

AA Service and Repair - North Florida AC
Tech wasn't experienced and give wrong diagnosis, said system had leak and try to sell a new system. Glad I went to another company to get 2nd opinion and it turns out it's capacitor. Still charge the diagnosis fee even it's wrong. Not a honest company.

Tropic Aire Of N Florida
I called Tropicaire looking for a remote for a mini-split AC/Heat unit, and although they didn't carry the model I was looking for the agent I spoke to was willing to help me find my part, whereas other dealers weren't helpful at all. I appreciate their willingness to help.

Buckner's Heating & Air Inc
Once again A C went out (unrelated to service call in Feb) late on a Friday afternoon, I called Buckner A C. Within 2 hours Mr. Buckner showed up, diagnosed the problem and had it up and running within a half hour. Service call was less than any other company I contacted, fully stocked service vehicles and prompt courteous service. I’ve used Buckner twice and would recommend them to anyone. This is more than I can say for other company’s I’ve used in the past. Thank you again Buckner Heating & Air…

Preferred Services Co
worst company EVER!!! Never waste your money or time the owner is rude and only cares about his pockets. He will be there to install , but wont pull a permit with the city, wont follow city codes, lie to your face and then when you have an issue and you will have an issue they pull this, warranty call are only mon-friday 8-5, well im sorry my ac broke at 5:30 on a Friday I don't owe you anything. I called three time this weekend with no return calls. If any one ever uses this company ask for city or county permit and proof of insurance in hand before payment is handed over.

Classic Services Of Jax
I would put no stars if I could. This company is the biggest rip off. They want to do the work on your house until they receive their money then you can't get in touch with them. Got work done in the fall and immediately called and told them our water would not get hot, broke mirror in medicine cabinet, broke pictures off my wall. Never received a call back. We recently got a new refrigerator and noticed that they never even repiped around the refrigerator so we have no ice. My husband, myself, and my father have all called and cannot get a response. Way over priced for over 5,000. Should of been half of that. Extremely unprofessional and horribly ran business. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
