Cheddars Casual Cafe
Love this place, been 6 times and have tried something dif each time. Each meal was great. Service was soso. I understand its a busy place, but I like my glass kept full. And we had to sit and wait for the bill and then wait for them to come back to table to get bill, then wait for them to cash us out. Need to come up with a dif system with as busy as the servers are.

Reggi's Bar-B-Q & Wings
Reggi's BBQ and Wings is delicious- a great barbecue joint. I have always enjoyed everything I've gotten there- BBQ, wings, ribs, and sides are all delicious!

Cheddars Casual Cafe
Went to Cheddars yesterday and received the absolute worst service ever!!!! Trey Palmer is not a good manager and needs to take a few courses in Customer Service. We were chased down and yelled at by a wait staff in front of our children and a restaurant full of guests. To add insult to injury the waiter Danielle follows us to the front of the store and continues to down talk us in front of the guests that are arriving and the other manager on duty Marissa until the other staff has to escort her to the back. I have never felt so belittled in my life especially as a paying customer. They have definitely lost my business.

Reggie's BBQ
Reggie's BBQ is a "must stop by" if you are in the area and looking for some good BBQ and amazingly friendly staff. We stopped by from out of town and tried the pulled pork and ribs - both top notch. The owner was very friendly and on hand checking in with everyone to make sure they were having a good experience. We have been back since when we are nearby.

Chili's Grill & Bar
Everything from being seated to finally getting food was slow. They ran out of stuff so I really didn't get what I wanted

O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar
Got weekend prime rib for two. Meat cold. Meat tough. Potato cold. Coffee cold. No rolls. NOT like Nashville.

West Alley BBQ & Smokehouse
Worst bbq experience we have ever had. Staff was incapable of taking an order over the phone due to the fact that they were unfamiliar with their own menu. Food was missing any and all barbecue sauce, and rolls which apparently should have made up the majority of the meal considering how much food we were actually given. French fries were frozen. Their food is literally cooked in crock pots which you can witness for yourself in clear view behind the counter, so brisket is, in essence, flavorless pot roast. Chicken had bones in it. How this restaurant had even one star on any review floors me.

The BBQ in this restaurant is ok. But the side vegetables are TERRIBLE. Over cooked

Just a moment...
