Kroger
I came to Kroger twice to place a cake order the first day I place the order things where OK... 3 days later I come back just to make sure she did my order correct come to find out my order was all wrong. She went ahead and changed it... On sept 21 at 8:30 I came to pick my cake up and the manger told me with an nasty attitude oh your cake want be ready until 10:30 and kept on doing what she was doing when I walked in. I then said ma'am when I came in here to make sure my cake was correct u was sitting here when I came I told the lady I would pick my cake up at 8:30 she then said I gotta come back at 10:30. I stay in flora ms I came here because every cake I order from here are GREAT!!! LOVE THERE CAKES!!! AND again she went right back to what she was doing.... I was very upset my son party started at 11:00 at his school... So then when I come back at 10:30 this is what the manger told me I'm sorry your cake been in the cooler I got very upset cause first off she could have checked while I was there at 8:30 I called up there but every time I called they put me on hold was hanging up told me the manger wasn't in but when I called the very first time the manger was there.... I was just upset at this point I called last week and it was told to me that a manger will indeed call me no manger r anybody from the Kroger's company has called me....
