Trouble with phone since June 2016, several visits to store, promised they will look into problem for me get back with me right away. They haven't followed through and do not respond to me. This business lacks integrity, and honestly and once they get you stuck with them for 2 years, they have no intention of helping. They make empty promises just to get you out of the store, they only help if you are going to purchase something.

Have been a customer for over 10 years. Only one issue during that time, which was handled promptly.
