I chose to stay at this hotel when visiting Dallas because it was close to DFW airport and had a free airport shuttle. I checked in quickly, got to my room and was pleased. The rooms look like they have been re-done.. doesn't look like the website at all. The room is your standard hotel room, the TV channel lineup was more than I've ever seen at any hotel. They had several HBO's and a full guide as if you are in your living room at home. My one recommendation to travelers is to pick a room in on the 2nd or 3rd floor. It is quiet up there and not too much activity from guests checking in and out. I loved my stay in Dallas, everyone was so nice!

We recently stayed at this property for one night due to a canceled flight,the shuttle picked us up promptly.The front desk staff checked us in right away,they were very helpful in answering our questions,especially a young man by the name of JOSE...We were very happy when we saw our room,looked like everything was brand new...We woke up early and ate breakfast at the denny,s next door, then got the shuttle back to the airport....great hotel at a great price...thank you red roof dfw north

Red Roof Inn North DFW is located very close to DFW airport, beautiful Grapevine, TX and to all the shopping and restaurants you could want. The property is recently renovated and well maintained. If you're looking for a great price, a clean room, and a nice, quiet stay then this is the place to stay. They offer excellent daily/weekly rates that, by far, beat ANY other hotel within 20 miles. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!!

I have traveled a lot and I've never stayed anywhere with a more pleasant staff. I've now stayed at this hotel 4 times and I never even walk pass a staff member that they don't smile and say hello and ask if everything is OK or if I need anything. I'm very picky about cleanliness and every room I've stayed in has been exceptionally clean and fresh. If you ever have the opportunity to stay here don't pass it up!

A good value budget hotel, clean and presentable. Comfortable beds and good air con. Very friendly professional staff especially the guy on the front desk,Jose. A real credit to the hotel. I would definitely recommend the red roof chain, we stayed at several on our trip and was always happy with the price, service and quality of the hotels. I will be using Red Roof again if I return to the USA in the future.

for the price we pay, this is a very good value. there is only one problem we are having and we have lived here for over a year and her name is olga! the owner and all of his crew are great people. every thing in my room works! i have traveled a lot and i know what im saying, you can do a lot worse than staying here... outside that one maid, this place is home!

the hotel is great fast service Jason is great to work with the rooms are newly updated clean remember this is by a airport it's maybe a little loud but the HOTEL is GREAT. Good coffee nice front desk staff. The staff goes of the way to help Jason is GREAT he is kind and thoughtful of the guests needs

My first experience with this motel was excellent. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out was met with superior service. I've stayed at many different brands of motels and I have never been met with this excellent service. Kudos to the front desk and all housekeeping!!!

All the personnel here just seem to not want to be bothered. Just too ride for my taste and I've worked 5 years hospitality and 4 years retail. So I have a lot of patience and understanding. But not for why they all want to be so bluntly rude to guest.

Hampton Inn Dallas-Irving-Las Colinas
Rooms were very nice! Pool area great! Front desk personnel (Nikki), didn't get out of the chair and had the personality of a rock. Plus being a Hilton Honors member, she didn't even say "thank you for being a Hilton Honor's member". Rude!!
