Rick's Car Kare
I have been doing business with this company for over 20 years. My children as well as my grandchildren are now using Rick's. As far as I am concerned you can not top these people for service and standing behind their work. You will always be treated with respect and courtesy as you walk in the door. They have always kept me well informed about what needs to be done without any surprises at the end when you go in to pick up your vehicle. If they find anything else that may need to be repaired other that what you have taken the vehicle in for, they call to let you know and never pressure you about having it repaired right then. As I have stated this company gets the best rating that be attained! Frances Josch

Drivers Edge Auto Repair
THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST AUTO CARE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! I do mean EVER. DARREN, EVEN OVER THE PHONE, WAS POLITE, ATTENTIVE, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND for my simple oil change. He pointed out things that needed my attention yet i didn't feel like he was trying to ROB me (up sell me). They are more than accommodating. 5 stars is not enough to give this business and the manager, Darren. if you never really pay attention to actual reviews, PLEASE TRUST ME, GO TO THE IRVING LOCATION (or any drivers edge, as i would hope they all provide the same excellent service) & let them take car of your auto needs.Darren, Thank you so much!!! fyi- i posted the same on other boards. People really need to know.

Valley Automotives
This place had fast service, friendly mechanics, and a nice waiting area. They cleaned my car and filled all my fluids just during a simple oil change. The mechanics informed me about the oil I should be using and took a look at a problem I was having for free and have me recommendations. The waiting area was clean with very nice chairs, had a nice flat screen tv, and beverages. The best the was the fast service. I was approached very fast, told them what I wanted, and was out within 20-30 minutes during the weekend when it is the busiest. This is a good establishment.

Metro Volkswagen
We were extremely satisfied with the service that our salesman Steven provided at Metro Volkswagen! My wife and I initially came in looking to buy a car for me, but we were so pleased with the service and car inventory that we decided to go ahead and sign a lease for my wife as well. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We will definitely be recommending Metro Volkswagen to our friends and family!

Upon completion of paper work waiting time could have been shorten. Suggestions;1. survey could have been done when waiting for call to be given.2. car could have been brought to the front when paper work was being signed. Other than the two waiting periods Salesman may need to do a little more research on how to answer questions in regards to preparation for finance work. All in all Isaac Jones was a pleasure to work with.

Five Star Auto Sales
You deal with one man - Reza. He's honest and very thorough. I ran a Carfax report but didn't need it as he gave me the information before I had even met him. He gave us a VERY good price on a 2007 Honda Accord EX with 28,000 miles. The interior was beautiful. Turns out he only buys low mileage cars that are he excellent shape. Do yourself a favor and contact Reza of you are looking for a good deal on a used car.

Steve Cohen was a joy to work with during the purchasing process. He helped us decide which car was the correct fit for our family. He also located the exact specs for us within minutes. Myles was also great and helped us understand the terms and let us know our options.Posted as a service & under authority of this business, comment shown as expressed by a true customer of this dealer.

Eddie's Mechanic & Body Repair
I have never been great with cars. I brought my vehicle in for just a routine oil change. They told me that my motor mounts were going and I should replace them and gave me a quote price. I doubted them and got a second opinion and they said the same thing but wanted to charge me double what Eddie would charge. Very great competitive pricing and I love it.

Eddie's Mechanic & Body Repair
Before I even brought my car to Eddie's I called them a few times and each time my call was answered promptly and they tried to help me solve my problem without bringing my car in and I really appreciated that. They fixed my car in 2 hours and made me feel really confident that the problem was solved and I could trust them. Thank you!!

Metro Volkswagen
I'm so grateful for Shalevia and the entire team. This was not an all-day process. Let them know what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay a month and they made it happen and I am so grateful for that and them. Never had a car buying experience go so well. I\\'m so grateful and I love my new car.... Just want to say thanks so much!!!
Tips & Advices
Some dealers accept returns if the component is returned with the original invoice. Some dealers might charge a re-stocking fee for returns. Others may not accept returns at all. It's common for dealers to not accept returns on electrical parts. Customers should ask about return policies before purchasing.
A salvage yard might test used car parts before selling them, but customers should ask whether tests have been performed on the part or not. All parts, especially electrical components, should be tested prior to purchase. Most salvage yards and auto repair shops should have a 12-volt battery to test electrical parts.
Sometimes it is worth buying used car parts. If the part is in good condition, a car owner could save money by buying the used part. However, if the part is something that's unsafe to purchase used, like brake parts or air bags, or if the part is too deteriorated to be safe, it's worth the cost to buy new.
Junkyards are businesses where people can shop for used car parts. Other names for these businesses include salvage yards and automotive recyclers. Auto repair shops might also sell used car parts.
Yes, most used car part dealers sell to the general public. However, just like with any car parts purchase, buyers should look into the dealer’s warranty policy and might want to price shop at several places.
