After health issues, two pregnancies, and various family emergencies that put my needs on hold, my weight ballooned to an unhealthy amount. I could get winded walking up the stairs, or a hill, and it was hard to keep up with my young children. I worried about diabetes and high blood pressure. And as a holistic nutritionist, she is looking to treat the whole person, to become healthier overall, which means a lot to me.After signing up for the program, Marjan didn't disappoint. She gave me the formula to lose weight in a healthy way. But the best part is that she has literally been there every step of the way. Marjan and I text frequently, she is always available to answer a question, give some advise, or just for moral support. She makes me feel like I am her only client, her only priority. I feel like a new person. and I am less than halfway through my program. Just follow the plan, listen to Marjan as she guides you through. It's really not hard! I never feel deprived or hungry. I feel so empowered!If you have less than 30 lbs to lose, I have no doubt Marjan can help you get there safely and keep it off. I am so glad I joined Let's Nutrition's weight loss plan. It was a great experience and completely different with all the other ways I had tried to lose weight.I have been looking for a Holistic practitioner since 2013, had seen a couple but non could address my weight problem and bloating as simple and as effective as Marjan did.Marjan is one of those people who loves her job and cares for each of her clients. Her approach is very unique and brilliant, so if you are tired of your body and have been looking for someone to keep you accountable to see yourself at your goal weight, this is the place.On my first visit I realized that I've found someone great who I can trust.She took the time to get to know me and spent the time to address each of my body's needs so thoroughly. She gave me a food list to choose from and it was really interesting that I was eating enough and losing weight consistently. Within 4.5 months I lost 47 lbs which was more like a dream. Over the last 20 years, I had never been below 200 lbs , but with the support and knowledge that I received from Marjan,my dream came true! Over years,I had tried Weight watchers, Nutrisystem and diet pills but non resulted in substantial weight drop and lasting result. Now after finishing the program I feel more energized, younger,happier and healthier. Beside shedding the excess weight, I also have no more bloating or digestive issues that apparently were related to my eating habits! I used to take a few meds for my digestive issues which were not as effective as learning how to eat properly! Overall it was a great experience and I couldn't have been happier with my results!

As you might know the closer you are to your ideal weight, the harder it gets to lose, so after a few unsuccessful attempts on my own, I decided to seek professional help.I joined Let's Nutrition Long distance program and received a customized menu plan, shopping list, restaurant recommendations and found myself more accountable to reach to my goal because of the frequent follow ups that I received from Marjan.The one-on-one coaching and frequent contacts with Marjan makes it impossible to fall off track .She takes your goal very serious and will give you extra support as soon as she feels that you are not progressing well. She also recommended a few supplements and natural vitamins which helped me with my cravings and consistent progress.I really liked the philosophy of eating everything and still losing weight! , honestly it isn't a diet , it's a healthier lifestyle that also helps you shed the excess weight . Now I am 10 lbs lighter and I feel so good about myself, I have more energy and have more confidence seeing that my clothes fit well. I have been a roller coaster dieter my whole life always looking for the next best weight loss program to follow. I've tried them all and to no avail. Always so hard to maintain and never felt any personal connection to any of them. I was just one of the masses that paid for programs that I knew weren't going to be beneficial in the long run. That's until I fortunately came across Lets Nutrition while searching on Yelp for yet another weight loss program. And I have to say I finally found exactly what I was looking for. Marjan is the sweetest lady I have ever met and she has so much knowledge and has put together a weight loss plan that is like no other. It's easy to follow and so unique to what everyone else is offering. It's almost like having your own personal trainer with you 24/7. She's keeps you updated with shopping lists, recipes, snack ideas and motivational inspirational quotes all via text. She's with you all the way. Not just once a week. Any question you have she answers almost immediately. My weight is finally dropping and I'm loving all the new foods she has introduced to me. This is a life changer. I am beyond ecstatic that I found her and look forward to this new way of eating forever !!!

Joining this Weight loss clinic was the best decision that I had aver made toward improving my family's health. I have been on some sort of diet all my adult life but was never able to maintain my weight. It was so painful to see that my 17 year old daughter was also struggling with excess weight! We were refered to Let's Nutrition by my daughter's Doctor. During the consultation, Marjan's complete transparency made us feel comfortable and we both signed up. The program was not difficult at all, Now my daughter knows how to read labels, order a decent meal at a restaurant and is excited to make quick healthy meals and snack at home. she kept us accountable, motivated and supported along the way, I lost 37 lbs and my daughter is down 40 lbs. my blood pressure which was always high, is now within the healthy range. We are both in maintenance and despite eating more food, maintaining is not a struggle. It's unbelievable how by eating right, I even lost the stubborn belly fat, have more energy and feel much better and healthier. Thank you Marjan for your knowledge, support, creativity and your passion to help others! I am very happy to have found Let's Nutrition. I started with their supplements and Detox program about a year ago which really helped me get over sugar addiction and reset my metabolism. I had always been taking other supplements without knowing what to expect, but this time Marjan educated me on how by taking a few basic vitamins I can get the result that I was looking for. After losing 37 lbs of weight, which was impossible for me to lose after the pregnancy, now I feel like I am not trapped in my body any more! Besides having more energy, I am more mindful of what I am eating. She taught me how to make quick tasty meals and snacks or order like a pro at any restaurant.I LOVE FOOD, and it was so great to work with a Nutritionist who could feel my love and help me re-define my diet in a way that it is manageable without feeling deprived. After having my daughter and not really paying attention to my slowly-but-surely-creeping weight gain, I knew I had to get back to my ideal, healthy weight. I also knew, obviously, that if I ate less, I will lose weight. I just had no discipline and will power! One night I came to the realization that I needed coaching and some guidance (and accountability). The numerous reviews on Marjan's business seemed sincere and relatable, so I went in for a free consultation. Upon meeting her, she was sweet, welcoming, non-judgmental; her explanations on her approach made sense. I signed up and have now gone through the 1st of 3 months with a steady weight loss that has been very manageable. Her recommendations on real food (not diet food or low calorie fake ones), portion control with even a bit of fun foods allowed, has given me the confidence that I can stick with it long after I complete my sessions with her. She makes it simple to eat healthy, and I am already feeling the positive effects of a much cleaner diet. I look forward to continuing to absorb every advice Marjan has to offer (and she has lots!).

I didn't know my weight up until March 2016 when I stepped on the scale and saw 189 lbs! It was no joke, I had gained a whole lot of weight without even knowing it. Right there I made my mind to seek help instead of trying on my own and join a weight loss program.I searched for a safe diet to lose weight and luckily found Let's Nutrition. I reached 139 lbs since 2 months ago and have been able to maintain it successfully. I fluctuate between 138-141 lbs. My stomach is so flat and I can't stop staring at myself in the mirror! I get complements from all my family and colleagues. Do yourself a favor and contact them, Let's Nutrition's weight loss program is not like other diets, you feel comfortable and energized along the way and don't need to starve yourself. Marjan is a kind Nutritionist, she kept telling me that I have to lose weight with Dignity, which I did, I enjoyed eating at restaurants and a few parties and weddings and still lost weight. She understands your chellenges and has practical solutions to keep you on track. I Couldn't have come this far without her!

I joined here after seeing a coworker's successful weight loss. Yes,I am also another happy client and couldn't have agreed more with all the positive words that other reviewers have said about Let's Nutrition:) I had previously seen other nutritionists who were promoting extremely healthy lifestyle, No Thank you! I can't become vegetarian or sweat for 2 hours a day in the gym!! I am a busy working mom on a budget who wanted to lose the baby weight and feel good about myself. Under Marjan's care, I was able to drop the extra pounds, get rid of the stubborn belly fat and feel good after years of neglecting myself. I have to admit that I cheated a lot and it took me a little longer to hit the target goal, but I did it!!Since 6 months ago that I joined Let's Nutrition and as a result of eating better and taking the tasty vitamins, I get sick less often, have dropped my addiction to sweets, my spirits are lifted and feel younger! After an extensive search for a safe way to lose weight without the drugs and needles,I finally decided to join Let's Nutrition's Weight loss clinic based on alI the great reviews that I read online. I had no idea that in a short time I would have lost so much weight to be able to echo what others have said about her. After 2 C-sections I did a mommy make over and went under the knife for a tummy tuck, but that didn't help with my weight and I was still fluctuating between 140 & 145 lbs. Seeing my old pictures I was dying to go down to under 130 lbs but it seemed like a dream.I am proud to announce that I now weigh 126 lbs, it's been a few months that I have been able to maintain around 125 lbs. I feel awesome! I wouldn't have been achieved what I did without Marjan. She is an attentive and caring nutritionist. A meal replacement is a substitute for a meal, typically a drink or a bar. While processed meal replacements have a set number of calories, many are high in added sugar and low in protein, fiber and healthy fats.
Appetite suppressants, like all drugs, have side effects, so read the fine print and discuss potential side effects with a medical professional before taking them.
