Brad Faber Law
I contacted Brad with questions on custody issues and the chances of a father getting custody of his children in this day and time. 10 years ago a father didn't stand a chance, Brad explained to me that times had changed and "Fathers Rights" were now looked at more seriously than before. I explained my situation and issues and he mapped out a plan and a strong strategy on why I should be able to change the custody order and move my boys to Texas to live with me. The last 2 years have been long and difficult but, currently my oldest is with me and shortly the youngest will be as well. Over the last 2 years I have had many questions and concerns, Brad has answered all with a clear answer and explanation and, has always returned my phone calls within a few hours or, has sent me a text letting me know when he would be getting back to me, if he was currently tied up with clients or in court, etc.. If you have any type of child custody or family issues that have made you look at hiring an attorney, Brad Faber is the man you want in your corner.

Brad Faber Law
Looking for a professional, knowledgeable, fair and just all around good human being? I would highly recommend Brad Faber. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives you straight answers. He recently assisted in getting me full custody of my 3 boys, without even stepping foot in the courtroom. This is a testament to his expertise and knowledge. The fact that he was able to guide me behind the scenes without having to physically be there, is something I can't thank him enough for. My case wasn't an easy one, and there were a lot of variables. He had me prepared when the court date arrived. Brad was always reachable and accessible and ALWAYS returned my calls promptly. This, for me, was a huge plus. Past attorneys I have had were never reachable and there was never a consistent form of communication. Brad really took care of me and made sure I was ready. I was confident, and knew what to expect thanks to his knowledge. I am 100% sure there isn't a better choice for an attorney.

Brad Faber Law
I have a complicated divorce case, that is still ongoing and was seeking representation on a personal level. I was able to get that with Attorney, Brad Faber. He is always on top of my case, pays attention to details and has been available 24/7 to answer phone-calls. texts and emails. He even makes weekend time available to accommodate my schedule despite having a young family of his own. He researches individual situations and is able to provide up-to-date case reports and legal advice as they pertain to such situations. During my divorce proceedings, I have had issues with my ex-husband trying to hide money, report lower income, trying to stop me from traveling with my children based on false accusations and enforcing payment of child and spousal support. Brad has been successful in obtaining favorable outcomes in court for me regarding such issues. I have been pleased so far, and would highly recommend him.

I just want anyone out there who may be searching for family legal help or advise to know what an amazing job Mr. Faber does. He is always professional and pleasant, informed and ready to take action in any situation. I found that the ease of communication made my difficult situation bearable, and when I had questions, no matter how big or how small, he was always ready to take my call. I never had to wait more than 24 hours to hear back and, in most cases, I had my questions answered and emails returned the same day. I am very grateful for all he has done for my family, and would not hesitate to utilize his services again and recommend him to any man or woman in need of representation. I couldn't have asked for better legal support during my family's difficult time.

I would highly recommend Brad Faber as a first-rate divorce attorney. Brad was an advocate for me after having to fire my first attorney. He is extremely competent and handled everything in an extremely organized and professional manner. Brad was always accessible and responsive to my needs within minutes. He also became a caring friend and put my mind at ease under such a stressful ordeal of being sued by my husband. He always went out of his way to attend to my needs. I was able to keep my house and was very pleased with the outcome. I felt very blessed to have him as my attorney. He’s the best!

You will regret not getting this attorney from the onset of your case, if you do then do not worry about anything.
Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as yellowpages.com. You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
