Poynter & Bucheri, LLC
Thank you Poynter & Bucheri! I am the victim of a Gordon Food Services big-rig truck smashing into my car on purpose. An unbelievable story of aggression and road rage. I researched personal injury attorneys and found Poynter & Bucheri. They handled everything and were able to get me a fair settlement for my lost wages, medicals bills, pain & suffering, and everything that comes with being smashed into by a big-rig. Their office was always professional, courteous, and was quick to inform me about anything happening in regards to my personal injury case. Poynter and Bucheri are the best and feel like they really had me in mind when dealing with the insurance companies. I’m so glad I found Poynter and Bucheri, I really don’t know where I would be without them!!!

David Dearing, Atty
He caused more problems than he solved and charged for every little thing. $50 for a four minute call and two minutes were spent on hold. Didn't like him, couldn't trust him.

Lydia H Ferrell MD
Don't go here. Don't add this pain to the pain you already have. Dr. Ferrall doesn't even try to care. Her office is a shrine to her basketball playing son and that seems to be the primary focus. She is emotionally reckless. No empathy, mean. The office personnel treats you like a criminal bc you need medicine. The office is packed all the time. She double books and treats us like cattle. We sat packed in the waiting room hot and with cameras sitting in our faces letting us know we were being watched. Skip this office.

Kirsh & Kirsh
We hired K&K to be our adoption attorneys. They recommended we write our birthmom letter using the help of a writer. We paid the writer $800 for his help. We then sat on the waiting list for 9 months and I never heard from K&K. I called them and they informed us that no birth mothers had shown interest in us. We are a young and healthy college educated couple with a home and very supportive extended family. I asked him why he thought we hadn't been chosen and he provided no insight (During our initial meeting he had said he would be shocked if we hadn't been matched within 9 months). The only recommendation he provided was to take another look at our birthmom letter...the one we paid $800 for HIS writer to develop. We felt we were treated with a condescending and dismissive attitude. We had been through several infertility treatments (and tens of thousands of dollars) and were excited about adopting and we told them that. We didn't see any effort put forth on their part to help us. We have been very dissatisfied and feel K&K certainly didn't live up to the standard we had expected. We felt we needed to write this review to share our true experience with them since many reviews only share positive experiences. Infertility is heartbreaking and we would have appreciated compassion and support from the adoption attorneys we hired and paid.

Ciobanu Law, P.C.
I hired Ciobanu law firm in two cases and Andrea's team provided the best services in terms of clarity, honesty and dedication. My last case which was a car accident involved multiple dependents including out of state and her team showed the highest level of responsibility and I am so grateful with the results.

Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
