I went to get my iPhone 4 battery replaced. Being only 2 years old, the Verizon people told me, "It shouldn't be dead but hopefully if you change the battery that will fix it and you won't be out money. Good luck!" Most places won't sell you the battery these days, without also charging you for the installation. Indy Electronix charged $35 for the battery with installation, whereas Batteries Plus quoted me at $60; a Greenwood electronics repair quoted me $30. The battery was in stock, I went in and was out within 5 minutes. The repairman was pleasant, knowledgable, and even gave me some advice on my Asus tablet which hasn't turned on in a year. (Indy Electronix doesn't really work with any products outside of Apple, but he did offer to look at it and see if changing the charging port did anything; that would have cost $30. When I asked if there was any place that would be better, he recommended CPR Cell Phone Repair in Avon.)
I first would like to say how wonderful James is. That young man took the time to get things right. He is an awesome young man. Very knowledgeable and professional. He explain what he was doing and things I need to take care of to make the process go smoothly. He really knows his stuff. Ms.Lisa also made the process a lot easier. She was very understand and easy to talk to. I'm very glad I stayed with Circle City Alarm Company. My Alarm Company for over 15 years. Thanks again!!!
They have some great prices on a lot of top name items. I really liked the selection of gaming items and tablets. You should check this place out before you go to a big chain store.
I've always gotten very excellent service at Best Buy. They've been very helpful and friendly anytime I have visited the store. The Geek Squad is one of the best.
I have had work equipment and music gear repaired by these guys in the past. They do great work at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
