Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning Indianapolis
My home was built and finished January, 2007. I moved in May. Airtron was the HVAC company who installed my system. I have used them each year to come spring and fall for a check-up of my system. First, the system is wonderful. Second, Airtron has always been the best in customer service. Their technicians have always, always, been timely, friendly, and incredibly good. They take the time to walk me through what they are doing and why. They are first-rate and would encourage anyone to use them for service and any HVAC replacements.

Prompt, polite and clean. Part needed was noy on truck, but temporary part was put on and then later replaced. AC has worked well both with temporary part and correct part.

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning Indianapolis
I have used Airtron for many years and have always found their customer service to be professional and courteous. I recently had a routine maintenance check and once again their techs in the field above an beyond in evaluating my HVAC system and made the necessary repairs needed and thoroughly explained what the issue was in terms I understood. I know I can always rely on their commitment to customer satisfaction to be there when needed and will send the best techs to get the job done.

Machiavellian Concepts
My husband and I gave Clarence (owner) as much benefit of the doubt since day one, and we were met with the most unprofessional and slow service I've ever received. Upon the initial consultation appointment, I paid outright the cost for services and parts needed for the repair and scheduled a day and time for Clarence to come out for the repair. Since then it took nearly a month for him to come out and finally fix our fridge. In that month time frame, he rescheduled on me twice which I was very accommodating due to his reasoning of having a busy schedule. When he finally arrived to do our repair, he gave us an excuse and a sob story about how he had been sick. We gave him the benefit of the doubt then as well even though his reasoning for rescheduling on us twice was due to having other appointments. So which is it? You're too sick or you double booked us and didn't manage your time very well? After fixing our cooling fan in the fridge, I realized he had not brought the plastic bins for our freezer that we already paid for. I contacted him and he said that he had forgotten to order them. I gave him another month to do this and followed up with him almost once a week to check on the ETA on when those bins were getting here. Each time he said he would let me know when he would find out when they shipped but there has not been a time, not even ONCE that he reached out to me first. Naturally, I'm fed up by this point because its almost Christmas and I reached out for his services in OCTOBER. Instead of acknowledging and addressing my concerns that I still have no freezer bins that I already PAID for, he whines about how I gave him a negative review. My husband called him over the phone and again, he will not address the fact that we have paid for a product and service that still have not been completed. Instead, he continues to throw a tantrum like a two year old repeating himself over and over that he had fixed our fridge. My husband had to hang up on him because he's never had such an immature conversation with a 60yr old grown man. Needless to say we are in the process of disputing our charges until we see a refund for the product/service we didn't receive. I feel scammed and am totally appalled by this so-called professional's behavior. Because of Clarence and his POOR customer service skills, I will never be using Thumbtack again to find services from independent contractors.

I've been using Airtron since we purchased our new home 11 years ago - had their 10 year warranty - and only recently needed a new part. They have always been trustworthy and very professional -

All American Heating & Cooling
We had All American come out to service our furnace that was not heating. Other companies tried to push new systems and products on us, and also had a lot of trouble finding what was wrong. All American came out and found the problem immediately. Many of the other options others tried to sell us were not needed. If you want a very honest and competent company that is priced reasonably I would call them.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
Terrible. They are borderline criminal. Technician didn't hook up my blower motor wires correctly which I had to fix. Their price was absolutely ridiculous. They will not tell you how much a particular repair is without coming out first which will cost you $89. They would not waive the fee even though the technician did not put my furnace back together correctly. He also did not test to make sure it was still functional before leaving. The switch was still off. Don't bother calling with issues. Kenny the manager will basically just call you a liar. Because the only reason a customer would ever not want to pay their bill is because they just don't want to right? Dial One Hour never makes mistakes right? WRONG!FYI for anyone reading this. A heat exchanger swap under warranty should not cost $1400 which is what they charge. I paid another company $650 which still seems high for 2 hours work but way better than $1400.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
Different techs have given me different feelings of "good", but overall, I really like Dial One, compared to the other companies I've dealt with over the years. If all techs were as good as most, I'd give 5 stars!

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
I recently recieved a card in the mail promoting a pre-winter furnice inspection service from Dail One Heating. As my furnice/heat pump was about 3yrs old I decided to take them up on this offer. One month after service was done I woke up on a Sunday morning with no heat. The tech. that came out from another company had found that my drain line was completly block and water had gotten back up into vacume pressure switch line and shut down furnice. I was also, told at the time of inspection that my ignitor was getting weak and needed replaced. I decided not to replace it at time of inspection because of cost.$125.00 and because I had heat pump ignitor was only used when temp. dropped below 32 degres. The tech. that came out and fixed plugged drain line also, checked ignitor and I was told, ignitor was good and that if Dail One tech had done a proper inspection when he was there, the problem with drain line should have been addressed. As tech. that made repairs told me it just didn't happen over night. Waiting to hear from Dail One to see what their response is. Will post later.

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning Indianapolis
A couple of days ago my daughter, a home owner called to have her furnace repaired. The technician, left her home without the heat coming on but not without charging her $500.00. He used an electronic box for her signature only displaying an X and a line to sign on.. When she called them back to tell them the heat never came on; technician returned only to ask for $800.00 more, stating there was a new problem. When they never fixed the furnace in the first place. Not only did they not fix the furnace, when she received her invoice it was filled out with her house guests first name and her last name. We are prayerful that this will be taken care of immediately. One of the coldest winters in Indianapolis in over thirty years and my daughter a homeowner and single parent has to deal with an Airtron scam. You do not deserve a rating, only rating with one star so my review will be posted!. Fix It! From Concerned Parents
