Just wrote the following review and neglected to put in my sale number which was 4922:I had a great experience with Furniture for less and my salesman Ken Floyd. He did not pressure me, was considerate and thorough when answering my questions, went out of his way to move furniture so I could consider combinations of tables with the couch I picked out, and delivered on every promise he made to me with regard to delivery and service. The delivery men, Marion and Josh, were considerate, efficient, personable, and professional. I am happy with my furniture, it was delivered on time, and when I called to ask Ken to assist me in an additional sale he took care of me over the phone with the same level of professionalism he did in the store. Heather, who I spoke with on the phone, also assisted me in a kind a considerate manner and did exactly what she committed to do on my behalf. I would shop here again without a second thought. STOP BEFORE YOU SHOP!!!Very scary customer service. We had a couch delivered this morning. We also purchased a sofa table along with the couch. You guessed it, the sofa table was not delivered with the couch. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out where our table is. I called at 10:00 this morning and spoke to our sales clerk. She said that she just arrived at the store. She looked it up and informed me that the table was mistakenly not put on the delivery truck with our couch. She did not know why but would call me back in a few minutes after some investigating. I waited for 1 hour 40 minutes without any call back. I then called the store back and spoke to another clerk. I was told that our sales clerk was busy helping another customer. I then asked to speak to the manager of the store. I was put on hold and then told that he was also with a customer. I responded by saying that apparently other customers were more important than our situation regarding the missing table. I asked for a corporate office number and was told by this clerk that they did not have a corporate office and she was not allowed to provide the owners number. I asked her to just give us our money back on the table and we would go elsewhere to purchase it. The clerk proceeded to tell me that they were not going to be able to credit our account because the table was a special order. I told he that the table was not a special order and that our clerk just told me they forgot to put it on the truck and would call me right back. This clerk said that she was through arguing with me and disconnected the call. We're still waiting on someone to tell us where our $599.00 table is. WOW!! I wish I would have read these other reviews before shopping here. Never had this type of thing happen before.

The absolute worst people and service. Still haven't paid for damages and it's been almost 2 months. They bribe people for reviews.

Furniture Discounters Inc
After reading horrible reviews as well as talking to people about the issues they had with this company, I went against my better judgement and purchased a sectional from Furniture Discounters because, well, they had a price comparable to what I was finding elsewhere. The salesman, Joey, was nice and made me feel like I wasn't making a mistake. The jokes on me now. I have been waiting for 43 days to get the sectional my husband and I purchased. Sure, they told us it would take 14-21 days, but...FORTY THREE days?! They put the blame on Ashley furniture, which is a crock of shit. I now am concerned about whether or not I will be getting what we purchased in the first place in a decent condition. This place is a joke and I will be sure to let EVERYONE know never to step foot in their door.

This Furniture Store is so different than all the other furniture stores in town. It is not boring like all the other stores. The service is great! They just opened a new mattress shop with the whole Serta mattress line. The whole staff is very nice and helpful. i would highly recommend Urban Home Furniture!!!

Furniture For Less
Be aware! The sales people did a great job in the beginning. They sold me a couch that I had great hope would meet our expectations. When I received the couch, the quality was sub-par to the one in the showroom. I am now trying to work through this issue with this company and they are trying to make it right, but indicated that I may be penalized 20% b/c if in fact I have to return this couch due to quality issues, it is their policy. 100% not fair to the customer if the return is due to quality issues. If you get good quality furniture from them upfront...good. If not...good luck!!Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable furniture store.NOTE: We will see if they are able to make this right, but after talking to the GM (who hung up on me), it’s not looking promising!
