About every 6 weeks I have to go to the store,every time I scold myself not to spend more than fifty bucks, every visit to this butcher I pay about three times on what I had planned and each morsel of the products is worth each penny.thanks God we have a real FLEISCHER in town!

Claus' German Sausage & Meat Market
Last year I took 45 pounds of venison to Claus and had them make Kielbasa and venison salami. Both were absolutely delicious. All of my friends couldn't believe how good it was. I'm planning on taking the deer I got this year to have more made. This time about 75 lbs.
