Whoosier Tom
I work for Johnson & Johnson in Indianapolis and my lease was up on my company vehicle and was instructed to return it to Hoosier Tom to be inspected. I met with Brian and Mr Phipps who asked me to walk around the vehicle with them for the inspection in order to verify any defects upon their findings. It took less than 5-minutes and they gave me a complimentary cup of coffee and a ride to the Tom O'Brien Toyota in order to pick up my new company car. My husband and I loved my company vehicle that we turned in even though I had put over 100,000 miles on it in less than 2 1/2 years and decided to get something like it as a second vehicle (2009 Volvo XC70). I thought it was worth a shot so inquired about how they would be disposing of the one I returned. They explained the process and I asked if I could buy it from them before it was sold to a dealer. They sold it to me for the exact same price that was offered by the dealership it was going to be sold to in Columbus Ohio. A week after I bought it, I took it to Carmax for an appraisal since we were eating across the street and they offered $300.00 more for it than we had paid Hoosier Tom for it. I am thrilled to find out that there was another way to buy second hand cars other than Dealerships and Classified ads. Hoosier Tom encouraged me to post this review and I was delighted with the overall experience with Hoosier Tom!Jeanie Long

Church Brothers Collision Repair
Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Michelle was amazing and keeping me up to date in what was going on with my car. She was extremely knowledgeable on the parts of the car being replaced, answered all questions, and even made sure I was up to date on the repairs while she was on vacation. There was one small glitch in the repair that I found a week after getting the car back. In my frustration, I posted on Facebook since it was late at night and there was no option to call the store. Church Brothers found the post, proactively made contact with me the next day that they were open, took a 2nd look at the car, and did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied with their repairs and service I had received. They stand by their work, and will do everything they can to ensure that the repairs are flawless. With all of the stress from being in a not-at-fault accident, Church Brothers helped ease that stress so much. I will always take my car to Church Brothers for future collision repairs.

Whoosier Tom
I went in Monday to look at a Scion Tc that they had on their lot. When I got there, I found out they had one with half the miles, a year newer, with a sunroof for only 1500 bucks more. That was two grand off of blue book value. I was really skeptical that the deal was somehow a mistake. My contact KC there assured me everything was right, and that they primarily wholesale cars to dealers, but offer some for public sale at the same prices. I can't believe I got such a deal, and I love my new black TC. KC told me to hop online and leave a review if I was pleased with my purchase, and I was. Thanks Hoosier Tom for the great deal!

Mr. Collision
Take your car to Mr. Collision for any accident or just to repair the normal scratches and dings from age (and experience.) I wanted to publicly thank Mr. Collision for their repeated great service to my trucks and to my precious Camaro! They really do an oustanding job every time which is why I and so many others will always go back there when we need a body shop. Thanks to Dale and all the gang - you guys are fantastic!

Mr. Collision
Our car had a some collision damage and a broken window. Mr. Collision coordinated all of the expenses with the insurance company, had our car towed in, got us a nice rent-a-car, and then literally had the car in and out in no time... and it looks and runs better than ever!

Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
