Garage Doors Of Indianapolis
I was very disappointed in the service of an employee of Garage Doors of INDY. Who (name is not important but I was not billed for his time) when said he would return the next morning to finish the job, he did not show up. When I was working and did not show up for work, I would have been reprimanded and penalized for improper conduct and pissing off a customer. When he did not show at 9am I naturally thought he would come soon. I waited until 11am (2 hours) I had to call the company (they had NO idea he didn't show) and then I had to schedule an appointment to finish the door repair later on Saturday.I waited a full 11 hours on a Saturday to get someone out to complete.Although apoliogies were abundant by other employees the day wait was not in this customers best interest.I have to add that after a third trip by their technicians, my garage door works fine !I believe I would use this company again, but would consider competitors before just calling for a fix or replacement of any door or other services provided by Garage Doors of INDY.

Garage Doors Of Indianapolis
***** Five Star Rating. Garage Doors has always given us exemplary service. We have had them do repairs on our first garage door, and when it needed to be replaced, we had Garage Doors install a new one. That was at least two years ago, and now we schedule a yearly tune-up and overview. I felt like the technicians have always had the customer's well being as a priority. Tom Ward, who was our last tune-up technician was prompt, efficient, and very customer service oriented. Thank you Garage Doors!

Milburn Garage Doors & Automatic Openers
I called Milburn Garage Doors about a residential garage door that wouldn't lift. A technician came the next day to take a look -- he was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. He also gave me information about proper door maintenance, which I never would have thought about prior to his visit. Fees were very reasonable, and if I ever need a garage door repair again or a future replacement, I will be calling Milburn first. I highly recommend this business.

East Door & Key
My son is seven and he locked himself inside our home, when I took the garbage out. He thought is was a game and then I think he really couldn't open the deadbolt and got scared and ran up to his room. I was so mad but it was kinda funny at the same time. I called these guys and they came right away. The tech even had a talk with my son about the deadbolt and showed him how to use it. Wonderful service. Hope this never happens to me again though.

I decided to upgrade my garage door after my next door neighbor recommended it to make my home look nicer, and to keep the bugs out so I did, and I went with the same company that my neighbor went with because theirs came out really nice. I chose a different color for my garage door then my neighbors, and it came out great as well. Very happy I upgraded my garage door with Indianapolis Garage Doors

East Door & Key
I found these guys are very competent and reliable. The Ignition key of my car got jammed in the switch. I called East Door & Key and their guy came within 15 minutes. The pro retrieved the key from it very skillfully and fixed the issue to make the switch work again. At the end I was charged a very fair price. I am extremely happy with their service.

Milburn Garage Doors & Automatic Openers
I've used Milburn for many years. They always show up quick and on time. They are the most reasonable in town and such nice trustworthy and knowledgeable people. I agree with Hannah they always educate you on good maintenance for your door. Good to do business with such a reputable company.
Tips & Advices
Monthly, carefully observe the door as you open and close it. If you hear or see anything unusual, take a closer look. The regular motion could loosen up some of the hardware, so take a few minutes to tighten everything up. Also, be sure that tracks, tires, and other moving parts are lubricated. If your door is painted, make sure it isn't chipped or peeling. Deteriorating paint on a wooden door could let moisture in, which leads to warped doors, while a steel door could rust.
On average, a new garage door installation will cost around $1,000. Most homeowners end up paying somewhere between $740 and $1,400, including the installation and the door itself.
It depends. For someone who tackles home improvement projects, installing a garage door might be a viable do-it-yourself project. An experienced wood or metal worker can install with the right materials, tools, and knowledge. Someone less experienced should contact a professional. Depending on the size, a door could weigh as much as 200 pounds, though some smaller or uninsulated ones could be less than 100 pounds.
If you begin to notice this around a change in seasons, check the lubricant on the tracks. Weather patterns will affect lubricant's effectiveness. Dirt or debris on the tracks could also be the cause; make sure they're clear and clean. If the tracks look fine, make sure the doors are hung evenly.
It could mean your tracks are either dented, falling, or otherwise misaligned. Misaligned or damaged tracks can cause the door to cease working or fall off its tracks. If your door is stuck, slanted, or looks unstable, call a professional who will have the right tools to fix the problem.
