Came right out when I called. 10 year old outside condenser needed a new fan and replaced the capacitor while there. They cleaned it and left me a bottle of coil cleaner. Price was what I expected.

Bob came by and gave a second opinion on a repair to air conditioner that another major company said needed replaced. He had it up and running in 15 minutes and it lasted that entire summer. Without hesitation, I had him and his son do an upgrade and conversion from gas to electric, all new heat pump, furnace and air unit. He provided service, without question anytime I felt there was an issue. This guy is genuine, sincere and honest. Character traits that are missing in too many professional services these days.

We used them in the past and where happy with their service. This time they neglected to look up our furnace warranty (it was still under warranty). They charged us $430 dollars to install a $5 part in less than 30 minutes. They say this is the industry standard, however, another heating and cooling company said this was outrageous. We will not be using them again for our house or business.

Do not order from these guys , I ordered a part 181.00 before I ordered the part I asked about returns because I wasent sure if it was the correct part the salesman said just return it unused or uninstalled it was the wrong part I eeven have an email stating a full refund but they said read fine print charged me a 25 percent restocking fee I might have settlkled for a 5 percent but 25 percent plus it took 9 days to get my refund from the time they signed for package DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THERE ARE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS OUT THERE nuggetsteve2@yahoo.com

Very prompt; knowledgeable & thorough; and got the problems fixed right the first time. Harlay did a great job explaining to us the problems & with our furnace and how it could be fixed. He also offered other suggestions in improving the performance of the unit (e.g., use of a different kind of filter and when to open/close dampers, etc). Also, he cleaned up all the resulting mess around the furnace before he left!
