Deering John Cleaners
First time, won't be my last. Turned in a Queen size heavy brocade comforter that suffered an old-dog 'accident'. Now, no evidence of the dog's work, 10 yr old comforter looks like new!!! WOW! Packaged beautifully to tote a big, heavy comforter home . Price very reasonable, staff uber friendly.

Deering John Cleaners
Horrible service. I took my dresses up to this location and to be dry cleaned. And two of my dresses were stretched out. Per the owner they washed them instead of dry cleaning them as i requested. Now they are refusing to compensate me in any way on my ruined clothes. That were in perfect condition when i provided to be dry cleaned.

Deering Cleaners
Really good cleaners! These guys do a great job. I have used a lot of different places over the years and am happy that I finally found a place that actually cares about their work.

Milto Cleaners & Laundry
Great clean laundry with a smile every time. I feel like my clothes are better cared for at Milto than by other dry cleaners.

Classic Cleaners
NO BUSINESS ETHICS! STAY CLEAR!I took two 5 x 8 area rugs in to this bunch for removal of some very faint pet stains. They charged me a BREATHTAKINGLY EXORBITANT $5 per square foot for the work. That's $200 FOR EACH RUG!!! Not only was the price ridiculous, but they didn't get the stains out successfully. As a matter of fact, after trying twice to remove the stains the rugs are now ruined and discolored. I paid $1400 for the two rugs at Pottery Barn! So, now I am out the $1400 plus the additional $400 that Classic Cleaners refuses to refund. Managements' response to my complaint was that (1) we never said we could get the stain out (2) we don't necessarily guarantee our results will be satisfactory and (3) we're keeping the entire $400 because "we did the work". Well, in fact they DID say they could get the stains out, and they said it the first time I dropped the rugs off and again when I had them try again to actually do what I paid them FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to do. I was told twice that the results were guaranteed as well. And, finally, did you really "do the work"?I suppose this roll-the-dice attitude and lack of any sort of money-back guarantee applies to their regular dry cleaning services as well. I would NEVER trust them to clean anything of value. EVER.

Penn Sixty Minute Cleaner
I am desperate to have a dressed cleaned for an event tomorrow but based on the customer service I received over the phone...NO THANK YOU! RUDENESS on a level I've NEVER heard and not want to see. Ugh! AND on top of that, it says sixty minute cleaners but as I was so rudely have to have your clothes in by 3 to get them back the same day (they close at 6 or 7 I believe).

Clothes are always ready when expected. Alterations were not ready but received a call asking if another date would be acceptable for pick up. Customer service is always 5 star.

Sixty Minute Cleaners
I tried out the location on 57th & Mich. rd since they were close to my home. I was applauded when they called me prior to me picking up clothes, stating that couldn't find them. Then upon arriving I asked were my item located, the thin young lady said yes with an attitude, handed me my clothes and stormed off. Will not be going back. I'll continue to drive across town for dry cleaning. I deserve better.
