They are awful... I didn't have an issue with the assignment.. I just still haven't got laid after a month.. no explanations no follow up calls.. just lies and more lies .. I've been hung up on and promised money but nothing.. they called and told me to come pick up a check and when I did it was for 0. I thought It was a really cruel April fool's joke... I've called the corporate number now for three weeks and still no pay.. I'm no longer on the assignment because I haven't gotten paid. Volt is very dishonest and the staff are rude... I have never been through anything like this and it has caused me to get behind on my bills because I was really depending on this money

So i came out here Friday 09/09/16 and was there for 3.5 hours. They took my social security card to the back. I thoufh they made a copy of it. I ran out of time because i had a prior arrangement to go to my sons school. I left that day and returned on monday to get processed. Upon which, the lady asked me for my social security card. I informed her that a copy should have already been made and why that was, and she in return told me; they probably took it just to verify if you could work in the USA. WOW!! What is going on here?? They could have just took a quick glance at my social security card in my presence, why take it to the back if not to make a copy of it. Verry unprofessional to make me drive 20 miles only to get turned away. The lady even went on to tell me rhat they dont make copies of social security cards. What?? Hopefully tjey at least record it in electronic files. I wont be comming back here for employment. First impressions are everything, so enter at your own risk!

They fill jobs when you're in a pinch. They even offered us temp to hire. The staff is very nice and always do what it takes to get the workers we need in a timely manner. If you own a business and need some workers for a day or special project or temp to hire give them a call. I've used them for 2 years now and I continue to use them.

Temps and prospective employees DO NOT APPROACH this business. Never in my life (almost never, Peoplelink is shady too) have I dealt with such unprofessionalism as here. If you worked a three-day work week would it not be extremely obvious to you when for example, ONE OF THOSE DAYS DISAPPEARED FROM YOUR PAYROLL CHECK? This office had the nerve to tell me firstly, I couldnt've worked the shift I claimed, secondly, they had to verify this through the client (via email), thirdly they don't have records indicating what I'm saying. Their complaint line is a joke as well...Just don't go!!! And I intend to announce this EVERYWHERE i go!

It is illegal to allow undocumented people to use ITIN # as social security # to gain employment. I-9 for Omar Martinez? He obtain a ITIN # by using false and ficticous information. He has been reported.

Low salary, no praise for doing anything well. A lot of backstabbing among management as well as employee's. The owner and management obviously do not know how to run a business, they have no clue how to motivate employees. Promises in writing of training, bonuses or even raises, were NEVER given to any employee. They charge employees for required company shirts. The CTO has no clue on technology and even less about people skills. Their in house technology is horrid. The owner will not spring for any improvements in technology. They want low skilled workers to maximize profit and the customers suffer for it.

This company needs to be taken off of this list. They do not hire ex-felons. I had a job offer through these guys until they received my background check results. They dropped me like a bad habit, which is a shame because my record is 15 years old and I was more than qualified for the job.
