DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! The manager is a bitter female who was offensive in every way. My keycode didn't work because the 2 was broken for months and after I complained, all my stuff went missing when I went to get it out before another billing cycle! I was told "read your contract, no insurance here" then she hung up on me. KARMA!

Access Self Storage
Warning! Do not rent here! SecurCare Self Storage has dishonest business practices and a problem with employee theft; we lost everything from the storage unit. Apparently there was a "problem" with the debit card used to pay for the storage unit, SecurCare stopped billing, we were never notified, and the employees confiscated the stuff from the storage unit. When we asked what happened to the contents the SecurCare manager asked, "Who wants to know?" and an employee told us: "Your stuff is ours now." It has been a nightmare -- they took our family photographs, family Bible, handknit Christmas stockings, an heirloom dollhouse, etc.

Foxes Den Self Storage
I had a great experience with this company. I had a storage locker and an outside parking space for my travel trailer. I was there for approx 14 months and never had any issues. I would recommend this location and I would use them again.

Indy Self Storage
I had Here to There Movers move my household to their storage, Indy Self Storage. I had a great experience with the movers. They were efficient and polite and very thoughtful of my situation. I now have my things in Indy Self Storage and am very satisfied with the storage unit(s). Joshua is fare and friendly and understanding and very willing to work with you on your individual situation. I highly recommend them.

Brookville Rd Self Storage
This storage facility is very clean. They have great customer service. I had to be out of my place in one day. They hooked me up with a truck and storage quickly. I'm very pleased with this storage! And a special thanks to Destiny at the Brookville Storage Facility who has made being a customer here very pleasurable.

Economy Self Storage
I've had my stuff here sjnce end of May 2015 and beginning of June 2015. I am beyond upset! First incident the facility was broken into and one of my units was a target. I didn't even get a phone call! I had to call him to see why his lock was on my unit. Then just yesterday on Aug 7th, we went to our other storage to go through some things and about halfway through, half of our stuff was wet and molded, including furniture! I contacted the owner and didn't even come out there to place me into another unit for now. So we went through the facility and checked ones that didn't have locks and they had all leaked! It's no telling who else has this problem! He better be figuring it out!

Self Storage of America
I have been very pleased with this storage facility. It is very clean and secure and has 24/7 access which is very beneficial. Other facilities have either been not-so clean or not 24/7 accessible. This facility provides both!
Tips & Advices
Many storage unit companies provide moving equipment that you can use to help maneuver your belongings. This equipment might be available for rental, and some storage companies will loan certain items to you at no charge. The range of options can include items such as push carts and dollies.
Storage units allow vehicle storage, and you'll typically need to rent an outdoor unit to facilitate this process. An outdoor storage unit that accommodates vehicles may have its own walls and door, or it may be a covered unit that's partitioned with wire mesh. Another option is to rent covered storage for your vehicle. With covered storage, your vehicle is stored in a space that is shared with other vehicles. These spaces are similar to parking spaces in a secure lot.
There are certain differences that separate indoor and outdoor storage units. Indoor storage units are often housed in secure facilities, and they offer perks such as climate control. These units are the best choice for sensitive and valuable items, since they offer protection from pests, weather, and intruders. Outdoor storage units are usually much larger than indoor units, and they often offer drive-up access to each unit. Outdoor storage units are excellent for storing larger items such as furniture, boats, and cars.
Storage unit rental fees do not include property insurance for stored items. Storage facilities are typically protected by insurance, but this coverage only applies to the building itself, and not the contents of the storage units. Your homeowners insurance might provide coverage for your stored items. Storage insurance is also available, and premiums typically start at roughly $7 per month for $1,000 worth of coverage.
The minimum rental period for most storage units is one month. Some storage facilities offer promotions and discounts that require a longer minimum rental period for discounts to be redeemed. For example, a storage facility might offer the first month of rental free with a two-month minimum.
