What the owner is not telling you concerning RB is that she paid weekly $175 for 3 months. She then was hospitalized. Diagnosed with cancer and off work.. The owner started threatening the dog owner with rehoming her 4 beloved pets she had for 8 years. Harassing RB about making $600 weekly payments in order to not have her dogs rehomed. Not able to work $600 was rediculous. RB also sent a money order for $255 in may. Ms Bullock would not cash it because it wasnt enough. That was reimbursement for the shots SHE got the dogs because while there 2 needed updating. SHE ALSO CHARGED $800 rehoming fee to new owners. she did not credit RB with that money on her account. owner finally cashed the money order in June after the dogs were rehomed. Owner herself was in hospital during this time and the animals got substandard care from the 17yr old daughter who was in school all day. Away from the kennel. I myself went to the kennel to check on the dogs. Was greeted by a teenager. The place was filthy. I made a complaint to bbb and Ms bullock accused me of lying . said horrible things to me. Said my coming to the kennel did not happen. She was in the hospital but I guess she is clairvoyant. I had witnesses willing to give a notarized statement to her saying I was there. She said we all were lying for RB. Because she was mad over the BBB complaint she Then told RB she was taking away her discount and banned her from visiting her dogs making up an excuse that when they visited they were suspicious. Thats a cruel thing to do to the dogs and RB & kids . RB was displaced over a house fire. Insurance put them in a hotel. Then they went into an apt. To lie & make it seem RB was unstable with living arrangements is despicable. This owner harassed RB while she was getting chemo and sick! RB did not refuse to pay her bill. She asked could she pay what she could till her disability started There are always two sides. This is what gives Christians a bad name.!

I am the owner of Pretty Paws and familiar with RB who has made the false review. RB is a customer who refused to pay for services rendered. A very spiteful person who threatened to give me and ask friends to give me bad reviews. No one smokes in Pretty Paws, it is a very clean and professional business with a full clientele of customers that are very satisfied. RB's false reviews cannot hurt my business because my customers all know me, my family and the excellent quality of grooming and boarding that I provide at an affordable price. Thank the Lord who says that "No weapon formed against me shall prosper"!

owner is very unprofessional. Allows her son to smoke inside where the dogs are located and there is a toddler running around loose where the dogs are . Toddler pets dogs. Very unsafe if your dog bites her. Place is also not that clean. Kitchen is dirty as well as where the dogs are kept in the back. I wouldn't recommend this place if you care about your dogs.

Unfortunately this is one situation where the prices are good, but not worth the hassle, CPP has terrible customer service. Items are listed and sold through their on-line store, even if the items are no longer available. They offered no assistance with tracking numbers for accurate shipping times. The "customer service" employees who answer the phone seem as though they are being bothered by having to answer the calls, they are definitely not eager to help and solve any issues. After many calls to customer service, have yet to receive the items ordered or be issued a refund. Recommend using a merchant with better customer care. Hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake.

Had a totally FANTASTIC experience with this company! I found them through an internet search and took a chance to get some dog food that isn't stocked locally. I called with some questions, which the owner easily answered; she was also happy to discuss various concerns about pet foods and make some recommendations. I ordered on Friday afternoon for myself and a family member. I received a bag on Saturday (!!!) and he received a bag on Monday (!!). Wow, that is some fast service and shipping! Both bags had expiration dates more than a year in the future----sooo important when ordering dog food online. Healthy dog food with good expiration dates & knowledgeable, fast service. Can't be beat!! This business is the best.

Tips & Advices
Many people fear that their pet will be injured at the groomer, but incidents of serious injury are infrequent. For minor injuries , it is appropriate the groomer pay the vet bill, and can usually be worked out between groomer and owner. For moderate to severe injuries, you can attempt to activate groomer’s liability insurance to cover medical expenses. However, be aware that most groomer contracts stipulate that the business does not assume responsibility.
Staff at groomers know that there is inherent risk when handling animals, and they are familiar with being snapped at or bitten. However, it is not a normal occurrence or something you should ignore. Many people choose to cover medical expenses or pay extra--at minimum, apologize and get the dog into behavior classes. It is a given that  you should sedate or muzzle the animal for all future grooming sessions.
It is always recommended to make an appointment to get your pet groomed. While some groomers, especially in the larger pet stores, can accommodate with short notice, popular neighborhood groomers are often booked out two weeks out or longer on weekends.
If your pet has sensitive skin, let the groomer know when you set the appointment. But be aware, all dogs have sensitive skin by human standards--their skin is much thinner. Therefore, you should be on the lookout for signs of sensitivity, and reduce it through regular grooming with gentle, natural shampoo and conditioner. Oatmeal shampoo is a favorite. Daily brushouts and omega oil supplements are recommended for every day at-home care.
For various reasons including insurance clauses and pet-owner relationship dynamics and behaviors, groomers prefer owners don’t stay with their pets while being groomed.
