Customer servicein sales is pretty good, selection is great, but geek squad sucks. Bought a laptop and it locked up right out of the box, Geek squad said it was just a software issue, after 5 attempts could not be fixed, had to send it to manufactor for repair, it was a bad hard drive, was never offered and exchange within the 30 day policy. contacted main office and they would not even return phone calls or e-mails, won't buy a computer from Best-Buy again as no support.

The employees are friendly and very helpful. That's rare in this fast-paced world. I wish there were more places like that.
